Relationship with Mother – Deep Healing Process

Rafał about his session:

I invite you to a workshop that will be a deep healing process of the Relationship with the Mother. During the workshop, you will experience a profound encounter with your Mother, which will allow you to process difficult emotions and open up to a close, safe, and nurturing connection with her.

The relationship with the Mother affects various important areas of life:

  • trust in life,
  • trust in yourself and your emotions,
  • experiencing love and closeness,
  • romantic relationships,
  • being a parent.

Healing the relationship with the Mother (whether she is still alive or not) can profoundly transform our lives. During the workshop, we will touch what is difficult and work on healing it. And equally importantly, we will open ourselves to receiving all the gifts that come from the Mother – especially the gift of Love and trust in Life.

You are warmly invited.

BIO:

I am a man, a father, a psychologist. For fourteen years, I have been participating in Men's Circles inspired by the spirituality of indigenous cultures. For over ten years, I have been leading deep, healing workshops for men (more than 100 men’s workshops and over 1500 hours of work with men).

In my work with people, I use a variety of methods and tools for personal development (Gestalt therapy, Process-Oriented Psychology, family constellations), as well as body-based approaches – movement, dance, voice, touch – and spiritual healing methods based on energy work, intuitive singing, and connecting with the Soul.

Together with Tomek Kocot, I co-create the podcast Rozmowy o Męskości ("Conversations on Masculinity"), which explores various topics related to masculinity and the development of the modern man.

Relationships – What Happens When I Stand in My Power?

Jakub about his session:

An experiential bodywork workshop with elements of Lowen's method, dedicated to the topic of confrontation in relationships. Through the body, expression, and movement, we will explore how we come into contact with others.

During the work, we will face questions and inner dilemmas that may arise:

  • I'm afraid of masculine strength—it feels threatening and destructive.
  • It's easier for me to give up my position. I don't like arguments and avoid direct confrontation—I prefer things to be pleasant.
  • I avoid conflict because I believe it destroys relationships. If I show resistance, I’m sure to lose someone.
  • I’m usually the one trying and pushing to maintain the relationship, without thinking about how much it costs me.

In the workshop, we will explore these mechanisms in a safe space, allowing ourselves to experience new ways of expressing ourselves in relationships.

BIO:

I’ve always been curious about human beings and the intricacies of their nature. In connection with the body and nature, I have always felt a unique potential and depth.

I’m currently in training as a psychotherapist in Bioenergetic Analysis (body-oriented psychotherapy – based on Alexander Lowen's method). I’ve completed a Psychological Support Program in the Gestalt therapy approach. I also trained in the Possibility Management tradition – a psychological and developmental system, a modern collection of initiations into adulthood (https://possibilitymanagement.org).

I’m a co-creator and trainer of the first men's forest workshops in Poland: Męskie Wyprawy do Lasu (FB: Męskie Wyprawy). In 2023, I authored a chapter titled "Towards Inner Coherence" about modern masculinity in Joanna Flis’ book "What’s Wrong With Me" (https://tinyurl.com/cozemnanietak). I also created, coordinated, and co-led the project "Zajawka Na Życie" aimed at youth aged 15–18 (zajawkanazycie.com).

I graduated from the Łódź Film School. In the past, I traveled extensively, wrote, and photographed. I’ve visited 50 countries across 5 continents and returned to the Amazon many times. I’m fascinated by native cultures—their primal wisdom and holistic healing paths rooted in nature.

I create spaces where we can expand our perspectives on who we are, explore how else we might exist in our humanity, truth, and authenticity—sometimes beyond the limiting messages passed down by our culture.

Rites of Passage for Different Life Phases

Michał about his session:

Rites of passage have accompanied people throughout history. They helped individuals find their place in new phases of life and access the inner resources needed to face challenges and embrace new roles. In our times, however, many of these rituals have lost their meaning. They have become empty ceremonies that fail to provide what we truly need. Instead of strengthening us and initiating deep internal processes, they often become mere obligations or forms of entertainment.

As the African spiritual teacher Malidoma Patrice Somé said, whether we realize it or not, life initiates us anyway—through the challenges it presents. It is better for us to face this with awareness rather than unconsciously.

During the workshop, we will deepen our understanding of the power of ritual. In a practical way, you will experience what a rite of passage truly is. You will connect with the current phase of your life and what it is calling you toward. You will uncover your inner resources and allies—so that you can step into this phase more consciously and with trust.

Dance It Out! 5Rhythms® | Gooral Live

About his session:

Dance it out! Everything that’s been sitting inside you. Bring Joy, Creativity, Courage, Freedom, Wildness, Gentleness, and Spaciousness into your life.
We will immerse ourselves in an extraordinary fusion of live music and deep bodywork. Gooral, a master of blending traditional highlander music with modern electronic sounds, will play his magical tunes, while Tomasz Szymocha will guide us through the 5Rhythms® wave. This practice will be both a spiritual journey and a transformative experience. Gooral, tuning his music to Solfeggio frequencies, will harmonize our chakras and souls.

5Rhythms® is a practice that teaches us how to awaken the body and free the mind. The mind calms down when the body is recognized, befriended, and danced. When the body is in motion, it becomes pure energy, flow—it becomes life itself. Through the five qualities of movement (Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness), we give ourselves a chance to find ourselves, to understand, to be Here and Now—with open hearts and clear minds. When you set your body in motion, your soul will heal on its own.

The 5Rhythms® method, created by Gabrielle Roth, is a dynamic movement practice that draws from various global traditions and philosophies. It integrates wisdom from indigenous, mystical, shamanic, and Eastern paths, as well as elements of Gestalt therapy and transpersonal psychology. The method is based on the idea that everything in nature—including our lives—moves in rhythms and cycles.

Solfeggio frequencies are tones known to positively affect the healing of the body and mind. Each frequency has specific healing properties—supporting the release of fear, harmonization of relationships, problem-solving, transformation, and enhancing intuition.

BIO:

Tomasz is a certified 5Rhythms® teacher. He completed his teacher training in 2016 at The Moving Center® New York. Since then, he has actively led 5Rhythms® classes and workshops in Poland, Germany, Israel, and Spain. He is a professional mime actor educated in Berlin, where he worked in theatre for many years. Tomasz has taught movement in Germany, Poland, Italy, France, the USA, and Israel, and conducted dance-theatre classes for children and youth in Berlin and Paris.

Originally from Warsaw, he performed as a mime in the Buffo Theatre. In 1987, he emigrated to Berlin. At the age of 25, he meditated intensively for 2.5 years in the Himalayas. Since 2011, he has been the founder of BioRezydencja in Świeradów-Zdrój (www.biorezydencja.pl), an eco workshop and development center. He is also a traveler, father of five, vegetarian, Lomi Lomi Nui massage therapist, ISTA L1 & L2 graduate, and forest lover (he planted 70,000 trees!).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bi9FOhczhRc

In November 2022, the artist from Bielsko-Biała released the downtempo album Wolno 2 under the Guatemalan label Resueno, curated by Mose. This solidified his position in the new genre, with his live shows gaining recognition at many special festivals.

This prolific producer has released 7 studio albums and one DVD with the Mazowsze folk dance ensemble, which became an Empik bestseller. He is the co-founder of Psio Crew, won a Machiner award, received nominations for the Fryderyki, scored the film South, collaborated with Paprodziad, and created the innovative Techno Healing project. He also composed for the theatre play "Krakowiacy i Górale" and his music was used in Opener Festival’s 10th anniversary ad.

Recently, Gooral has collaborated with the regional group Ondraszek from Szczyrk, creating another unique project.
His music is appreciated worldwide—his track Krywaniu from Ethno Elektro 2 was featured on a compilation by Germany’s Bar 25 Music, and End of Beautiful Day appeared on a release by U.S. label Pipe and Pochet. The track Doducha, created with Julia Scott, was included on Guatemala’s Cacao Dance compilation. His Snowfest live set was uploaded to Moscow label Level 2’s YouTube channel:

The Use of Psychedelics in Therapeutic Processes

Jacek about his session:

In recent years, we’ve been witnessing a phenomenon that can be described as the renaissance of psychedelics. There are several reasons for this:

  • In popular culture, we see a shift in the perception of these substances. Psychedelics are no longer only demonized; they are increasingly being presented as tools for growth and healing. A key factor here is the scientifically proven positive impact of some substances on neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to create new connections between neurons.
  • There is a growing number of public figures, including doctors and therapists, who openly speak about their (positive) experiences with psychedelics.
  • Awareness around mental health is increasing—among professionals involved in treatment as well as among patients themselves, who often see the limitations of conventional therapies (low effectiveness vs. side effects). This drives the search for alternative methods.
  • Scientific studies in psychiatry and psychology conducted over the past ten years have shown that psychedelics can be successfully used in the treatment of certain mental illnesses. The strongest clinical evidence supports: Psilocybin for depression and coping with end-of-life anxiety,, MDMA for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD),, LSD for anxiety disorders—especially in hard-to-treat cases that do not respond well to standard therapies.

However, it is important to remember the "dark side" of psychedelics, which relates not only to their effects on the central nervous system but also to the emergence of problematic social phenomena surrounding their use (e.g., ayahuasca tourism).

I am a physician and trauma therapist. Since completing the Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy training under the guidance of American psychiatrist Phil Wolfson—considered the godfather of this therapy—I have been legally and successfully applying this approach with my patients.
In my 1.5-hour talk in the Knowledge Zone, I’d like to share insights into the therapeutic use of psychedelics, and above all, the conditions that must be met to ensure the process is safe.

BIO:

I’m 49 years old. For over 25 years, I’ve been on a shared journey with my wife Magda, with whom I share both professional and personal passions. Together, we’re the parents of Justysia (20) and Olaf (24), as well as the caretakers of our dog Polly and our cat Hermione.

Our shared passions include travel, good food, cinema, theater, various forms of physical activity, personal and spiritual development (5 Rhythms, Tantra, Shamanism), and the exploration of visible and invisible worlds…

We live and work in Germany. I’ve been working with people professionally for over 20 years. I am a trained physician, specializing in internal medicine, cardiology, emergency medicine, and intensive care. After many years of working as an interventional cardiologist in the catheterization lab and ICU, I decided to leave hospital work. For the past 6 years, Magda and I have been running our own private medical practice.

Additionally, I am a developmental trauma therapist (NARM) and a shock trauma therapist (Somatic Experiencing). Since completing the Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy training with Phil Wolfson, I have been applying this method with success in my practice.
In my work with people, I integrate knowledge from various fields and disciplines...

Am I Addicted?

Roman and Michał about their session:

"Am I Addicted?"
This question stirs up a lot of emotions—fear, guilt, shame, anger... What comes up for you?

This lecture, combined with a workshop segment, is designed to give participants a chance to honestly explore the topic of addiction in their own lives. It’s not so much about whether it’s alcohol, drugs, work and making money, food, pornography, sex, smartphone use, or anything else.

What matters more is: what is the truth about your life in this area—and what can you do about it?

Two speakers will share their personal stories of recovery from addiction and reveal what was hidden underneath their compulsions. Participants will have the opportunity to hear potential parallels with their own experiences and reflect on whether and how certain patterns may be at play in their own lives.

During the workshop segment, everyone will have a chance to examine their habits, thought patterns, and emotions that may be driving compulsive behaviors. In a safe, non-judgmental environment, participants will gain insight that can become their first step toward change.

This is not a meeting meant to judge anyone. It’s a space for honesty with yourself—and a decision: do you want to do something about it?

This lecture is for you if you feel this topic relates to you—or if you simply want to better understand yourself and others.
It could be the first step toward true freedom.

Your Policy for an Uncertain Future

Sławomir about their session:

The lecture "Prepping – Your Policy for an Uncertain Future" aims to introduce participants to the idea of prepping, which means preparing for unpredictable crisis situations. In today’s world, full of uncertainty and threats, it’s worth investing in a preparedness strategy. Prepping is not only about stockpiling or learning survival skills, but a comprehensive approach to personal, family, and property safety in the face of various threats.

During the talk, participants will learn why it’s important to be prepared – how climate change, economic crises, wars, or social disruptions can affect our lives, and what steps we can take to avoid panic in the face of a crisis. Practical actions will be presented, such as building shelters, storing water, food, and energy supplies, as well as defense and first aid skills that may prove essential in difficult times.

The lecture focuses not only on physical preparedness but also on the mental aspect. Participants will discover how to develop stress coping abilities, build mental resilience, and prepare for tough situations. Practical steps will be discussed – from learning about local threats and planning evacuation routes, to investing in the right equipment such as weapons or supplies.

Attendees will also become familiar with basic legal regulations worth knowing in the context of prepping, such as building law, self-defense rights, gun ownership laws, and other regulations that can affect preparedness.

This session is for anyone who wants to begin prepping as well as for those who wish to expand their knowledge and skills in order to create a safer and more self-reliant life.

BIO:

Sławomir Nizner is a prepper – someone who prepares for various crisis situations, both natural (e.g., natural disasters, climate change) and caused by social or political factors (e.g., wars, blackouts, economic crises). His main goal is to ensure safety and self-sufficiency for himself and his loved ones in case traditional social structures and infrastructure fail. As a prepper, he stockpiles supplies and equipment and hones survival skills such as first aid, shooting, building shelters, and sourcing and purifying water. He also delves into crisis response knowledge and prepares mentally and physically for difficult times.

His passion for survival began in his youth, even before he knew the term "prepper." Over time, it became a way of life. On March 10, 2012, he founded Preppers Poland. What started as a fanpage with survival-themed content quickly grew into a large and well-organized community.

Sławomir promotes preparedness by organizing workshops, training sessions, and courses for both adults and children. He is also a frequent speaker at festivals and gatherings. Every year, he organizes the Preppers Poland Conventions, which serve to integrate the Polish prepper community, provide education, and facilitate the exchange of experiences. In his home workshop, he crafts specialized gear such as survival knives, firearm accessories, and more.

Tymoteusz Niemiec

The Healthy Masculine in You and Me

Tymoteusz on his session:

While attending the School of Shamanism led by Robert Rient, I volunteered to lead a ceremony for the Tribe. Preparations took several months, and the more often I sat in the circle to ask the Spirits for guidance, the more fear I felt about leading the ceremony. Yet the message I received was clear – regarding the title, the form, and the content.

Knowing that over 90% of the Tribe were women, and that I was to invite them into a shamanic journey where, if they chose, they would meet the Healthy Masculine – that awareness was, in some way, terrifying. The closer the ceremony got, the more I wanted to back out; the fear grew stronger. But in the end – the ceremony took place, and its effects stayed in the circle and with the participants.

In this shamanic journey with the drum, I invite you to meet the Healthy Masculine – I believe this aspect lives in every human being. What you encounter in this journey, and how, largely depends on you.

BIO:

A human in a man’s body. Father, brother, son, friend. A life enthusiast, passionate about communication and human relationships. On a path toward harmony, I guide experiences in communication based on Possibility Management, tantra, and Gestalt.

One of my life mottos is: "Dreams do come true."
Always evolving, I draw inspiration from working with people, getting ever more in touch with myself – and while I still stumble on the path of being human, I walk it consciously.

I hold space in men's circles, lead workshops for men and offer individual consultations. I support men and accompany them on various stages of this journey we call life. You can meet me at men’s gatherings such as "MANiFEST" and "Conscious Man – Festival of the New Masculinity." I also support travelers in integrating psychedelic experiences.

Maciej Gierasimiuk

Father, Men, and Me – A Workshop on the Masculine Heart

Maciej on his session:

We too have a heart.
And the relationship with our father is extremely important to make it accessible to us.
So that our strength can be both powerful and gentle.
So that we can allow someone to get closer.

It’s good to have armor within us for tough times... but do we want to eat in it? Spend time with loved ones? Have sex?
Do you enjoy contact with others who are always in armor and don’t let anyone close?
And yet, we keep walking around armored.
The relationship with our father had a huge impact on whether we had to build up armor or not.
Without a good connection with him, we might not know how to relate to men. Can we trust them? Can any man become IMPORTANT to you?
Without his support, we remain at the mercy of the mother – her needs, expectations, fears. Without a strong father, we may want to take care of the mother – taking on a role that isn’t ours.

Unexpressed, misunderstood feelings towards the father complicate our inner world.
For example – when "I don’t want to be like him" and I don’t allow myself to use my masculine resources.
When I fear missing him, I might keep men in my life at a distance.
When I didn’t feel important to him, I might think I’m not a valuable person.
And many other feelings.

In this workshop, through the body, we will touch on feelings related to the relationship with our father, whether he was present in our lives or not.
In this work, we will help each other – in exercises, supporting each other in important moments.
The workshop aims at improving our relationship with ourselves as men.
This may help build a better connection with other men.
It may help in building a better connection with women.
It may help you feel better with yourself and spread your wings.

The workshop will be conducted in the Bioenergetic Analysis approach of Alexander Lowen.

This is a therapeutic approach where the body, mind, and emotions are closely connected. What happens in the mind reflects changes in the body and vice versa. As its creator wrote, "The aim of therapy is to help resolve emotional problems and utilize life potential so that life brings more pleasure and joy."

Exercises through the body are aimed at moving our body tensions so we can breathe deeper and allow ourselves to feel the emotions held by these tensions. To the extent we are ready and feel safe.

Through the combination of movement, body positions, and spoken words or sounds, we more easily connect with what is deep and true within us – often in the form of emotions. By engaging the body, we can feel our emotions with our whole being, not just talk about them.
Other exercises will help express these emotions – with words, movement, and sound. This usually brings relief, joy, a sense of being oneself, a sense of authenticity. And also clearer awareness of what we want and what we don’t want.

In the workshops, emotions like anger, sadness, fear, longing, and joy often appear – because they are in us, and here they get space to be expressed in a good way. Surprisingly, this is often pleasant. And after the session, we are left with relief, relaxation, and often joy – that something important, which usually has no place within us, found its voice.

Work in this approach can be intense, so it’s worth considering participation carefully, especially for those with high sensitivity to strong stimuli, e.g., shouting.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

  • Psychotic states
  • Pregnancy and postpartum
  • Various inflammatory and acute conditions
  • Epilepsy
  • Glaucoma
BIO:

I am a certified psychotherapist in Bioenergetic Analysis by Alexander Lowen. I am also a supervisor and trainer in this approach. I have led 85 weekend workshops and nearly 500 three-hour Lowen exercises on various topics (self-esteem, parentification, intimacy, sexuality, heart, and many others).

I’ve been leading individual psychotherapy for 8 years.
I found my way to Bioenergetic Analysis seeking paths to understand myself. Movement and the body, sports, have always been close to me, so when I discovered this form of psychotherapy, it seemed like a natural choice. However, instead of an immediate revelation and excitement, I gradually became convinced of this type of work, and it took some time before I started benefiting from the sessions. Over time, however, the belief grew stronger that it was the right path, one that embraces the whole person, allowing me to understand, feel, and simply be.

What attracted me was the naturalness that when I feel something and express it, my body participates in it. That what is written in my personality is also written in my body, that I am a whole. Over time, the perspective offered by this approach became my approach to life, and the therapeutic practice and experiences helped me reconnect with myself, something I had longed for for many years.

I am especially drawn to group work, where the individual difficulties of participants are reflected in the group. It reminds me how similar we are – each of us has experienced wounds, longings, frustrations, or fear. Everyone in the group also has an immense resource in the form of a body that can experience pleasure, joy, calm, and vitality. I believe that this kind of work, whether group or individual, allows us to become "more ourselves" and, as a result, experience life, others, and ourselves more fully.

I help clients free themselves from a difficult past, through the body and conversation.

Mobility Training with Martial Arts Elements

Borys on his session:

A mobility workout interspersed with movements derived from martial arts. It's a training session in which we use movements to increase flexibility, strengthen muscles, and burn calories, while also learning basic techniques that appear in martial arts. Personally, I call this form of training Taz Drill.
I believe that mobility exercises are the most important yet most neglected aspect of physical training. It’s not just about training, it’s about life itself. Thanks to these exercises, life gets better, one feels younger, has much better body awareness, and most importantly, this training only requires personal will because it doesn’t require a gym or any equipment.

BIO:

Borys Mańkowski, born on October 13, 1989, in Poznań, is a Polish mixed martial artist (MMA). Between 2014 and 2017, he was the international KSW welterweight champion (up to 77.1 kg). After retiring from his fighting career, Mańkowski shared his experiences in his book "Stań się Fighterem" (Become a Fighter), in which he describes the secrets of success in martial arts and inspires personal development.
Currently, Borys Mańkowski is considered one of Poland's top MMA fighters, and his career is an inspiration to many young martial arts enthusiasts. He also shares his knowledge on his YouTube channel, where people can train with him and reach out for physical help. Recently, he has been strongly promoting mobility training, as he believes it is the most important form of training that every person concerned about their health should care about. Importantly, these exercises require no equipment and can be done anywhere.

From Boy to Man – Male Initiation

Jacek about his session:

Male initiation is a process that, in traditional cultures, marked a key moment in the transition from boyhood to adulthood. Modernity often strips men of these rituals, leaving them lost in the search for their own identity. The lecture "From Boy to Man – Male Initiation" is based on the reflection of Richard Rohr, author of "The Male Identity," who points out that maturity does not come automatically with age, but requires a conscious confrontation with one's shadow, failures, and fears. Rohr distinguishes five key initiatory truths that help men discover who they truly are, reject the illusion of omnipotence, and find their path in the world.
During the session, we will discuss why, without initiation, a man may remain an emotional boy, how modernity has blurred the natural stages of maturation, and whether we can regain what we've lost. It will be an opportunity to look at masculinity as a journey — full of challenges but essential to finding one's true self. I will also share my own experience gained through male initiation.

Jakub Wiktor Gontarski

"Playfight / Breathwork"

Jakub on His Workshop:

Man. Your psycho-body is a unique map.
Every move, every decision is a step in the story of your self-discovery.
So, what do you want to explore and embrace—what are you ready to reject?

You’re not here just to achieve something or even win—though that too may be part of the journey.
In playfight, you express yourself to return to your core—to the wild, tender, and true. To the unified state of your truth.

This is not a competition of better vs. worse.
It’s a ritual of presence—of the parts of you that may not always live in harmony, but that can be integrated and reconciled without destructive polarization.

Playfight interactions are a way to meet what wants to move, express, dance, or confront the inner teacher called resistance and discomfort.
Your intention, attitude, and readiness are your allies.

This is a moment to connect intellect with the body’s intelligence.
To awaken the senses, engage the mind, and also let movement flow freely.
To give yourself permission for a kind of expression that might have been missing from your space.

In male partnership, we will explore trust, strength, gentleness, and connection.
This too is a form of power.

In the playfight and movement space, it's not about domination.
It’s about the courage to enter a relationship of mutual respect and support.

The courage to join a game where there is no traditional winner—
but there are hands ready to help, and eyes that see the aliveness in each unique expression.

To express yourself through your body in truth—this is one of the greatest victories.

In interactive games, we meet opposites—like mismatched puzzle pieces.
Sometimes there is tension. Sometimes withdrawal.
But exactly through these moments, we can recognize and welcome the parts that truly make us who we are.

You don’t have to accept or embrace them right away—it’s not easy.
But look at them with gratitude.
Sometimes, the greatest act of strength is letting go.
Sometimes, it's clearly setting a boundary.
Both are tools. Choose.

At the end of the workshop, we return to the breath. To the body. To stillness.
With conscious breathing, we give ourselves a reset—a space for integration.
A return from the journey.

The Practice of Self-Love – Freedom Within Yourself and in Relationships

Kuba about his workshop:

We grew up within an outdated, destructive – yet widespread – model of masculinity. Often coupled with the complete emotional unavailability of our fathers. Most of us disconnected from deep feeling, body wisdom, intuition, and sensitivity at a very young age. No one taught us how to deal constructively with the overwhelming emotions that flooded us.

All of this leads to a painful truth: adult men dominate today’s statistics of various forms of self-destruction. Deep inside, we carry a psychological wound and pain that we try to numb in a thousand different ways – through substances, entertainment, sex, money, work…

If you don’t know how to deeply love yourself, you build all your relationships from a place of unmet need. You entangle yourself and others – and in the end, you are left with emptiness and disappointment. But it doesn't have to be this way.

We will begin by breaking free from the narrow cage of the masculine mind and diving into the core quality of masculine Presence.

Through breath, movement, sound, and intention, we will dismantle the armor of ego that has grown over our male bodies and release the emotions locked within. We’ll awaken and free our inner fire.

And once you begin to feel again, we’ll be ready to meet our vulnerability. Through the practice of self-love, you will begin to fill the emptiness you’ve been carrying. You will come Home. You will feel the peace and fulfillment you’ve been searching for in the outside world. We will open our masculine Hearts and reflect ourselves in one another – as brothers of a shared masculine tribe.

I invite you… if you have the courage to truly meet Yourself.

Improvisation – Readiness for the Unpredictable

Bart about his workshop:

Surprise and change don’t ask for your permission – but you can choose how you respond.
This workshop is a practical space to train flexibility, mindfulness, and the ability to quickly regain your footing. It’s not about predicting everything – it’s about acting effectively, even when life throws you off balance.

Through interactive improvisation exercises, you’ll connect with the part of you that’s ready for the unknown. You’ll learn how to consciously respond to new situations instead of automatically falling into fight, flight, or freeze. You’ll experience how to stay clear-headed and empowered in chaos, how to listen to yourself and others, and how to find ease in uncertainty.

Improvisation is not the art of being funny – it’s the art of being present.
It’s a low-pressure courage training that helps you embrace surprise, awaken curiosity, strengthen your intuition, and stop stressing about not being prepared. For those who want to build trust in themselves in a world that keeps changing.

"The Way Home" – A Concert of Songs

Grzegorz about his performance:

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been sitting, singing, and playing with people. It’s an honor to sit with you this time in the extraordinary setting of the Conscious Man Festival. We’ll embark on a long musical journey only to ultimately arrive at what is closest to us: ourselves, our hearts, our sensitivity, and our personal freedom.

We’ll travel on the wings of songs from South America and Poland. You’ll hear pieces I’ve learned from spiritual teachers of different traditions around the world, as well as songs I’ve written myself—songs dictated by a longing for my own heart.
It will be uplifting and nostalgic… but knowing myself—there will be some laughter too.

I’ll sing and play the guitar for you, joined by amazing musicians and old friends whose musical talents beautifully express the depth of their sensitivity and richness of life experience:
Dariusz Brodowski will accompany on guitar, and Łukasz Kacprzak on drums.

Paweł Obolewicz i Dawid Bajora

"Trening uważności na Acupres Boards"

Paweł and Dawid about their workshop:

A modern method of working with the body, stress, and emotions—based on acupressure, breathwork, and the power of focus.
This training is designed to build mental and physical resilience. We combine breathing techniques, sensory stimulation, acupressure, and deep mindfulness to help you regain control over the "fight-or-flight" response and transform it into conscious action.

Practicing on Acupres Boards is both a physical and mental challenge, as well as an intense process of releasing tension, stress, and emotional burdens stored in the body. It strengthens the nervous system, regulates stress responses, and activates the vagus nerve – essential for regeneration, immunity, and inner balance.

Thanks to a unique, three-stage process:
▪️Mentally, you learn to manage stress, step out of autopilot, and direct your attention consciously.
▪️Physically, you release tension, restore natural breathing, and reset the body.
▪️Emotionally, you let go of what’s holding you back and build a deep sense of strength, calm, and agency.

This is a training that stays with you—not as theory, but as a lived experience.
A practice for men who want to be resilient, strong, calm, and fully present—in action, in relationships, in life.

BIO:

Paweł Obolewicz – Mental trainer, peace trainer.
Co-creator of the Acupres Boards project and founder of the Meccije brand. He specializes in mindfulness training on Acupres Boards—teaching how to use intense physical stimuli to better understand emotions, release bodily tension, and break automatic reactions. He shows how to restore energy flow, improve well-being, and build inner strength through conscious work with the mind and body.

Dawid Bajora – A cold therapy enthusiast and world traveler, practicing winter swimming since 2009.

"Integrated Warrior: How to Embrace What’s Difficult?"

Arek about his session:

In a world that often expects men to be tough and in control, it’s easy to lose touch with your emotions and inner truth. This workshop is a space where you can set down your armor for a moment and meet yourself – without pressure, without judgment, with full presence.

I invite you on a shared journey through meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement to help you embrace the difficult and regain emotional balance.
This workshop is especially for men who seek support in integrating their experiences and those who want to learn simple emotional self-regulation tools they can take home after the festival.

Through conscious breathing and reconnecting with your body, you'll learn how to regulate tension, recognize and name your emotions, and regain calm and clarity in times of inner turmoil.
This is not a space for fixing yourself – it’s a space to simply be yourself, exactly as you are.

Thanks to the presence of other men and a safe, supportive atmosphere, you’ll get to experience that sensitivity and strength are not opposites, but two sides of the same coin.
An Integrated Warrior is one who feels – and doesn’t run away from discomfort.

No prior experience with meditation or personal development is required – just show up. The rest will unfold within you.

BIO:

I am a Breathwork Trainer, Buteyko Method Instructor, Coach, and Integrative Breathwork Practitioner, as well as a Neuromeditation Instructor. For the past several years, I’ve been sharing my knowledge and meditation experience.

In my work, I care deeply about helping people find balance between their inner insights and the actions they take in the world.
Breathwork combined with coaching quickly reveals and transforms mental blocks into strength that supports your goals and desires.

Through meditation, I offer a space to meet yourself.
Meditation is a moment of true presence, where there is space for breath, reflection, and authentic connection with what matters most.
I support people in finding inner balance so that every day becomes more conscious and meaningful. I help others walk the path of self-acceptance, healing, and the joy of being truly themselves.
This is not an escape from daily challenges – it's the art of being present in them, with courage and openness.

Szymon Cechnicki

"Patchwork Men’s Circle"

Szymon about his meeting

Life doesn’t always follow the script we imagined.

Patchwork families, separations, new arrangements — and emotions that are often hard to contain.

In the Patchwork Circle, we create a space for men who:
▪️ are not living with their children on a daily basis,
▪️ raise their partner’s children,
▪️ or grew up themselves in patchwork families.

We will meet what is alive: anger, sadness, shame, guilt — but also strength, relief, and acceptance.

No judgments, no masks. Just — together. Because beneath our individual situations lie universal stories that connect us.

We invite all who feel this path relates to them.
Just come as you are.

BIO:

Szymon Cechnicki (46 years old) — father of adult Jago and four-year-old Aya. For two years, he has been practicing kind co-parenting with Aya’s mother, outside of a romantic relationship. Son of divorced parents, grandson of three grandmothers and three grandfathers.

For nearly two decades, he has accompanied people as an Ayurvedic therapist, yoga teacher, and translator of personal development workshops. He has worked with teachers of Ayurveda, Yoga, Tantra, and Shamanism (including Svarup, Pushan, Santoshi, Michal Maayan, Aaron Kleinerman, Shachar Caspi).

On his journey to himself, he spent a year on pilgrimages in India, two years in ashrams, and many weeks in the silence of the Amazon jungle, learning from power plants.

Today, he co-creates spaces for ceremonies, rituals, and transformational gatherings.

He lives in a new relationship, sharing daily life with three children of two other fathers.

"Rigidity or Flexibility? The Psychology of Masculinity in a Changing World"

Tomek about his meeting

Contemporary challenges once again raise the question: what is mature masculinity, and how can it be built in a world full of conflicting expectations? During this ninety-minute lecture, we will examine the concepts of psychological rigidity and flexibility in light of third-wave behavioral therapies and explore how cultural or individual narratives about being a man can sometimes unknowingly harm us.

We will explore how rigid beliefs about masculinity, attachment to various identities, or avoidance of difficult experiences can limit us, cut us off from emotions and relationships, and how developing flexibility allows us to combine strength with authenticity. No moralizing — just practical tools and inspiration for further work.

BIO:

I am a therapist currently in the final phase of a 4-year third-wave behavioral psychotherapy training.

In 2015, I completed Grof Transpersonal Training, which significantly shaped my approach to supporting therapeutic work with expanded states of consciousness. I have led workshops related to these states in several countries across multiple continents.

I also completed a one-year transgenerational therapy school named after Anna Schutzenberger. I work at KeyClinic, preparing, supporting during, and integrating psychedelic experiences during ketamine-assisted therapy. I am undergoing training in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. To share my experiences in this field, I wrote the book "Follow the Call. Therapeutic Experiences in Expanded States of Consciousness" and host the podcast "Psychedelic Therapy." To support others in making life changes, I have completed various coaching trainings and was certified by the Coaching Chamber in 2015.

Łukasz Falkiewicz

"The Emotional Release Technique According to David Hawkins"

Łukasz about his meeting

This workshop is a space where you will confront what truly keeps you stuck — without embellishments, without spiritual fluff, without blaming others.

The starting point will be the Emotional Release Technique according to David R. Hawkins — a simple tool but one that requires courage, readiness, and ruthless honesty with yourself. Its power reveals itself when combined with the Principles of POWER: honesty, humility, responsibility, lack of expectations, and the intention to serve life — not the ego.

These principles are not spiritual poetry. They are spiritual discipline. They are the pillars on which lasting transformation is built. Without them, the practice of development becomes a tool for avoidance rather than liberation. With them — it becomes the path back to inner truth and real strength.

The second part of the meeting is a practical session of deep release — focused on integrating what we as men repress and what we struggle with. We will do this to face the truth and finally move forward — toward [something missing in original?]. We will work with what is uncomfortable, hidden, immature — to reach a place where you no longer need to play anyone. You come back to yourself. To the place where you can truly stand strong — without armor.

BIO:

My professional journey began in the world of business and finance, where as a banker and entrepreneur I sought a path to fulfillment. However, what seemed like a path to success gradually revealed its limitations, leading me to a turning point in life.

In search of deeper meaning and inner transformation, my path evolved toward spiritual development. Personal struggles with depression became a catalyst for change and opened the door to understanding that the greatest strength is often hidden beneath the greatest burden. It was then, thanks to the teachings of David R. Hawkins and the practice of the Emotional Release Technique, that I began to overcome limits that once seemed insurmountable.

Today, I support others as a cognitive coach, sharing what I have tested on myself and through over 3,000 individual sessions. In my work, I combine the release technique with a deep understanding of the human interior — showing how conscious choices and work with the mind can lead to inner power, peace, and desired goals.

Privately, I am a father of two children — Aleksander and Wiktoria. Aleksander will join us in the circle for the second time, for which I am very grateful. Beyond professional life, my heart beats in the rhythm of sports such as tennis, squash, and kitesurfing, which give me a sense of freedom and joy.

My journey — from the world of external successes to the world of inner truth — has taught me that strength is not about being infallible but about the readiness to confront what is real. Today, I share this path with others, believing that each of us can find our own way to wholeness and harmony.

"Dance Ceremony"

Ramzi about his session

We will begin our journey by listening to the silence.
Or rather, to the subtle sounds of the surrounding environment.

The emerging sounds of nature and instruments will be an invitation to sway, to move the body.
Freely, without form or expectation.

Surrounded by music, nature, and brothers — how does the body want to move?
Dense, sparse, loose, stiff...?
What do I allow myself? Am I hiding something? Am I ashamed of something?

How do I feel among people?
Among men only?

Dance is a vehicle on the journey of self-discovery.
It’s an experiment where you are both the researcher and the subject.
It’s a chance to shed your burdens and embody the qualities you long to experience in your life.

Curiosity, observation, surrendering control through dance.
A quiet mind, a body moved by rhythm.
A kind of controlled madness.

Let yourself be surprised by yourself!

I will lead the dance ceremony on the first day of the festival.
It’s your opportunity for a strong beginning.
To leave behind all the "important" matters and come closer to yourself.
To ground yourself in the here and now.
To prepare your body, mind, and spirit for the processes, breakthroughs, knowledge, connections, and rest that lie ahead…

You’re warmly invited!

"Understand Before You Answer – On Communication That Builds Relationships"

Paweł about his session

"The biggest problem with communication is the illusion that it has taken place."
— George Bernard Shaw

We are always communicating, and our message is more or less clear. The way we receive what someone is saying depends on how we interpret it. Even with the best intentions, it may turn out that what we say is perceived as provocative or even offensive to the person we are speaking with.

Very often, a single word, gesture, tone, or facial expression can start an argument, which may escalate into conflict, or even lead to the breakdown of friendships, family bonds, or business relationships. Repairing such a rupture can be difficult, and the "cost" of rebuilding the relationship may be high and require patience.

My many years of personal and professional experience show me that such situations can be both a great loss and a great opportunity. That’s why it’s so important that we all learn how to use words to create alignment between intention and interpretation, and build a world based on partnership, respect, and trust. Because such a world makes sense.

The key to improving the quality of communication lies in learning how to conduct conversations based on the principles of dialogue. The first thing I want to show you is how to become aware of your own reactions to different types of communication and recognize when your survival mode (fight/flight/freeze) kicks in — responses rooted in the brain stem. We’ll also explore ways to notice how what you say — and how you say it — affects the reactions of others. This way, you’ll be able to respond before the situation "thickens" and leads to conflict.

I will also invite you to practice our dialogue structure for moments when communication becomes difficult. I say "our," because I usually conduct trainings with my wife and business partner 🙂 (we’ve been running a training company together for over 20 years). It’s a series of steps that help maintain the quality of communication and connection with the person you’re speaking with.

A word of warning — working with communication is a one-way ticket. Anyone who truly understands the principles of dialogue and partnership will want to change their life. And they will change it. Be ready for it. Find the courage. It’s worth investing in changing your communication habits, because it will give you real influence over the quality of the reality you live in — and over what you bring into your relationships with others. It’s an extraordinary adventure and a beautiful journey to a place where a new quality of Meeting with another human being becomes possible.

Mikołaj about his session

Stages of loneliness can vary greatly — for me, it started in childhood, continued through maritime school with a boarding facility, the early years of adulthood, and even into relationships.

Can you feel lonely while being in a relationship?
Unfortunately, yes.

Is it better to be in any relationship than to be alone?
I believe it’s not.

For the past few years, I’ve known that a happy relationship is not a myth. It can be a reality.

"Seek and you shall find" may sound a bit cliché — but seek actively, not passively, and in the right environment. You won’t find a seagull in the forest.

So how do you set the course of your life to find love without loneliness?

How do you avoid the shallow waters and discover the right ocean to fish in?

I invite you to a panel where we’ll navigate the turbulent waters of relationships — to arrive together in a safe harbor.

"Anger in Service of Life"

Marcin about his session

Anger has a bad reputation. People even say "złość" (anger) is close to "zło" (evil) in Polish. No wonder — most of our experiences with this energy involve irresponsible, hurtful expressions of anger.

But without the energy of responsible anger, it’s nearly impossible to say "no", "stop", "enough", or even "yes!", "I want this!". Without anger, it’s almost impossible to create TRULY safe spaces for healing, love, and authenticity — whether in work, relationships, family, or community — because all these spaces require boundaries. And sometimes, safety means it has to get uncomfortable.

Adult anger is Life expressing itself through our body. Anger is the archetype of the Warrior.

So how can we access it through relaxation and alignment with Life, rather than through tension and disconnection?

How can we feel the kind of anger that connects us to ourselves and fuels us — instead of draining us and harming others and ourselves?

This workshop offers a few steps (among many) toward learning how to flow with and navigate the energy of anger in service of Life.

BIO:

Marcin Szot – Longtime partner and father of two sons. Co-creator and facilitator of the original workshop series "Men’s Forest Expeditions", creator of "The Heart Warrior" men’s workshops and programs focused on expressing anger, emotional work, and discovering one’s calling.

Since 2015, he has been organizing emotional work groups and conscious communication trainings (based on feelings and needs) for both women and men.

Since 2017, he has been a pioneer and active member of the Polish and international Possibility Management community (https://possibilitymanagement.org/). He has collaborated with the "Alter Ego" Psychotherapy Center, "MONAR" addiction therapy centers, the Małopolska Center for Prevention, and private companies.

For many years, he has participated in, co-created, and led men’s groups and spaces where men and boys can explore new aspects of themselves and take deeper responsibility for their lives and what they create.

In 2023, together with his fiancée and son, he spent six months living in villages with Indigenous people on one of the most remote archipelagos in the world — the Kingdom of Tonga — learning their ways of living in close relationship with Nature and discovering their unique men’s culture.

Formerly a print journalist, he continues to write and run a blog.

"Crisis in a Relationship as a Springboard for Growth"

Dawid about his session

Does the moment when a relationship breaks down have to inevitably lead to its end? Is it possible that the greatest challenges — such as conflict, emotional distance, betrayal, or loss of trust — might become not the end, but a new beginning?

This session invites you to look at crisis in a relationship from a completely different perspective — as an opportunity for healing, deepening connection, and conscious growth, both within the relationship and individually.

Together, we will explore the mechanisms that lead to tension and the breakdown of intimacy. We’ll uncover what really happens when conflict arises, and why it is often the most painful moments that offer the greatest chance to discover true, deep needs — both your own and your partner’s.

Drawing on years of experience working with couples and a tantric approach to intimacy, this perspective shows that consciously moving through crisis can not only save a relationship, but make it stronger and more authentic than ever before.

This session may bring into your life:

▪️A deeper understanding of the root causes of relationship crises and conflicts
▪️Practical tools for communication in difficult moments
▪️A new perspective on betrayal, disconnection, and lack of closeness
▪️Skills for transforming emotional eruptions into connection and understanding
▪️A space for reflection on your own patterns in relationships

We will create a safe space where each man can honestly examine his beliefs about being a partner, husband, or lover.

This session is also a deep invitation not to flee from the painful places, but to stay there a little longer — with an open heart and a willingness to grow. Because sometimes, it is in the ashes of crisis that the fire of true intimacy and mutual understanding still burns.
