A Man, Truly…

Jacek about his session:

In the lives of many men, there comes a moment that’s hard to confuse with anything else. Suddenly, the story about who is to blame stops being enough. Arguments weaken, certainties lose their sharpness. What once seemed obvious — that it was because of the situation, because of her, because of them — begins to sound hollow. And a quiet but persistent question appears: what am I going to do about it?

This workshop touches precisely that boundary — the place where excuses end and a meeting with yourself begins.

It is a moment of pause, where you can check how much of your life is reaction and how much is choice. How much of your strength is real, and how much is just a performance. And where you truly stand as a man — not in theory, not in declarations, but in reality.

This is not about proving anything. It’s about seeing more clearly. And when you see more clearly, you begin to make different decisions.

Full-body fitness training

Borys on His Meeting:

We’ll take care of our bodies.
We’ll do various mobility exercises, work on balance, and since we’re men, a bit of strength training will also come in handy. On top of that, we’ll touch on elements of combat training. If you don’t have any experience in any of the above — don’t worry. The level will be adapted so that everyone can get the most out of it. After all, every movement and every element can be progressed, so everyone will find their place here.

This year, I want to focus mainly on movement inspired by the well-known "animal movement," but I’d also like to teach participants how to integrate different elements. Thanks to this, when they return home, they’ll be able to use this amazing "puzzle" anywhere. The great thing about this "puzzle" is that once you know it, all it takes is 15 minutes to go through the sequence, and your body benefits in every way I mentioned earlier.

BIO:

Sport has been my entire life — from kung fu, through wrestling, to MMA, where I became a champion in the best organization in Europe, KSW. I also took part in a main event fight where, together with Mamed Khalidov, we attracted 58,000 spectators to the National Stadium, making it the second-largest MMA event in the world.

Today, however, combat sports are no longer my main focus. I realized — and my body made it clear — that I’ve had enough fighting, and it’s time to do something good for myself and my body. Over the past few years, I’ve dedicated all my energy to developing movement practices that improve, strengthen, and restore the body. I used to think that after so many injuries and surgeries, I would never regain the fitness of a 20-year-old. But it turned out that at the age of 36, after all those experiences, I reached a level of physical ability I had never had before.

That’s when I understood how valuable this is — and I knew I wanted to share it with others. That’s how the idea for TAZ DOJO was born — my online school, where I teach everything I know. It has already helped many people, which brings me so much joy that I can’t imagine ever giving it up. I’m especially happy to be joining Conscious Man again — together we’ll once again do something good for both body and mind. See you there!

PowerLiving: The Masculine Subconscious

Paweł about his sessions:

Masculine energy," "a man in his power," "mature masculinity" — these are terms we hear more and more often. But what do they really mean? What is a man’s true role?

When a man was aggressive and harsh, he was labeled "toxic."
When he stopped being a brute, suddenly we have a "crisis of masculinity."
So if it’s not combat boots and a rifle versus tofu and sandals — then what?
Training.

Mature masculinity comes from experience. No guidebook or imitation of external role models can give you that. It comes from walking the male path yourself.

What does a man do? He creates. A better world for himself, his loved ones, and his community. He doesn’t fight what he finds, and certainly not himself. He uncovers who he is and reconnects with his heart. And when he finally drops the mask and the armor, and stands in truth before himself — he will know that this is what he has been searching for all along: his true nature.

This is not about finding better words. It’s about taking more effective action.
As Friedrich Nietzsche taught — when an artist creates a work, the work also creates the artist.

PowerLiving is a life triathlon: financial independence, deep relationships, and a strong body. Their sum — the Total — is living life on your own terms, aligned with your heart.

PowerLiving is the art of designing a training plan for your entire life. This plan becomes both a guide and a teacher — a structure that keeps a man from losing his way.

Subconscious Programming is one of the tools within this system. It allows you to remove obstacles instead of fighting them, while simultaneously expanding awareness.

This system is shaped equally by the steel barbell, Eastern teachings, and the medicine traditions of the indigenous peoples of the Americas.

I will teach you how to become both a compassionate friend to yourself and a demanding coach. How to structure your actions and never give up. How your subconscious works and how to program it yourself. How to turn every minute of your life into a spiritual process — and enjoy it as much as a shared training session with friends.

BIO:

Paweł Pawlak — mental performance coach in business and professional sports.

Creator of the original Subconscious Programming method — a system through which over 20,000 people have learned how to remove internal blocks, build unshakable confidence, and achieve above-average effectiveness in every area of life.

For over a decade, he has been involved in powerlifting — both as an active competitor and as the owner of Conqueror Barbell club, where he also serves as a mental performance coach.

"My mission is to teach people how to use their own minds. Most human problems do not come from flaws or imperfections in the system, but from a lack of skill in using its perfect functions. I believe the world will become a better place if more of us learn how to program our minds."

Dawid Rzepecki

"From Pressure to Presence: A New Model of Masculine Sexuality"

Dawid about the Meeting

Most men are taught a single model of sexuality: perform, deliver, be effective. You are expected to know what to do, how long to last, and how to satisfy your partner. The problem is that this model is based on tension, control, and living in your head.

The result?

More and more men experience pressure, reduced libido, erection difficulties, premature climax, or a sense that even when sex is "technically good," something is still missing.

This lecture is not about how to become "better in bed." It is about stepping out of a sexuality model based on tension and entering an experience where more pleasure, deeper connection, and authentic confidence emerge.

During the lecture, you will learn:

  • why most sexual challenges do not start in the body, but in tension and the mind
  • how the mechanism of pressure works and why it sabotages sexuality
  • what presence in sex is and why it changes everything
  • how to regulate tension so you neither lose control nor shut down
  • what truly builds attraction and connection with a partner

You will also receive practical tools you can apply immediately:

  • simple breathwork and body-based techniques
  • ways to extend pleasure without force or strain
  • practical guidance on how to stay in connection with your partner instead of "performing a task"

This is not a lecture about techniques.
It is an invitation to change the way you experience sexuality — from tension and control to sensation, presence, and conscious connection.

If you feel that "something is off," even though you are doing everything "right," or if you want to enter a completely different level of experience — this lecture is for you.

Adam Kowalewski

"You’re Not Tired — You’re Overstimulated! How to Reset Your Nervous System"

Adam about the Meeting

"You’re Not Tired — You’re Overstimulated! How to Reset Your Nervous System"

Most people today operate in a constant state of tension, confusing fatigue with a lack of energy. In reality, the problem is not a lack of strength, but an overloaded nervous system that has no space for recovery. This lecture is based on working with breath, the body, and conscious nervous system regulation — tools that allow you to regain influence over your own reactions, emotions, and energy levels.

During the session, I will show how to recognize a state of overstimulation and how, in practice, to shift the body into a regeneration mode. Participants will learn concrete breathing techniques and simple interventions that can be used immediately — at work, in relationships, and in stressful situations. The result is greater calm, improved focus, stronger mental resilience, and the ability to make decisions from a place of stability rather than tension.

"Regeneration is Strength. Sleep and Breath as the Foundation of a NEW QUALITY OF LIFE."

Sleep and breath are two fundamental pillars of regeneration that are most often neglected in today’s world. Many people function in a state of chronic fatigue, unaware that sleep quality and breathing patterns directly affect energy levels, concentration, emotions, and overall health.

This lecture shows how conscious work with the breath can significantly improve sleep quality and the body’s recovery process. Participants will learn what mechanisms lie behind sleep problems, how breath influences the nervous system, and what specific actions can be introduced to fall asleep faster and wake up with more energy. The outcome is an improved quality of life, greater productivity, better emotional balance, and a real sense of strength that comes from regeneration rather than constant tension.

BIO:

Clinical psychologist, breathwork trainer, and health enthusiast.

For over 20 years, I have been working with people — helping them regain calm, energy, and connection with themselves. As a clinical psychologist, I combine science with practice, showing how breathwork, cold exposure, subconscious work, and practical meditation can have a real impact on the body, emotions, and mind.

I am a certified instructor of the Wim Hof Method and someone who spent five years working in a psychiatric hospital — an experience that taught me that true healing begins with reconnection to oneself.

I have personally tested over 120 methods for improving quality of life — from psychology and neuroscience to biohacking and mental training. I am not interested in theory — I am interested in results you can feel in your body within minutes of practice.

In recent years, more than 20,000 people across Europe have attended my workshops and trainings. I have helped them reduce stress and regain calm, courage, and inner strength — through trust in the body and conscious breathing.

I don’t motivate.
I teach how to return to yourself.

My motto: "Life is simple — breathe."

How to Resolve Conflicts Without Giving Up on Yourself.

Bartek on His Meeting:

In relationships, differences of opinion are inevitable. What matters is how we respond to them. This session will show that conflict doesn’t have to mean struggle or compromise at the cost of loss. You can protect your boundaries while still building understanding. Instead of suppressing emotions or exploding, you can learn to hear what they are truly trying to tell you. Join us to learn how to move from tension to clarity, and from conflict to dialogue.

We will focus on discovering the needs behind the words, communicating directly, and finding solutions where everyone can remain true to themselves. This is an invitation to masculinity understood as presence, awareness, and responsibility for the impact you have on your relationships.

BIO:

I am a certified NVC Trainer, certified IFS Practitioner, certified ISP Practitioner, and certified TRE® Provider. I work by integrating approaches based on conscious work with the body and nervous system, supporting people on the level of emotions, beliefs, and somatic experiences.

My main focus is on building authentic relationships, emotional regulation, working with shame, boundaries, conflict, and strengthening self-worth. I organize and offer courses, workshops, lectures, group processes, and individual sessions, combining clear structure with a living, empathetic connection. Over 10,000 people have participated in the events I’ve led.

I work with adults, couples, leaders, therapists, and teams who want to improve communication, increase self-awareness, and bring more calm and clarity to their personal and professional relationships.

I am also the creator of the podcast "Zadurski Mówi", where I share knowledge about emotions, relationships, and communication. I have delivered talks at numerous personal development events, including TEDx Gdynia.

"Boys Don’t Cry, Boys Jump Out of Windows — From Pretended Strength to Real Courage"

Marcin about the Meeting

We grow up hearing: don’t cry, pull yourself together, be strong. Many men take it seriously — too seriously. They learn to stay silent, handle everything alone, and never show weakness. The problem is: it doesn’t work.

During this session, I will show how the myth of the "tough guy" leads to loneliness, tension, and depression — which often doesn’t look like sadness, but like anger, withdrawal, or a sense that "everything is fine."

Based on stories from the book "Boys Don’t Cry, Boys Jump Out of Windows," I will talk about:

  • what happens to emotions we don’t allow ourselves to feel,
  • how to recognize the first signs of crisis in ourselves and others,
  • and what real courage means for a modern man.

No theory. Just concrete tools you can take with you and use immediately.

BIO:

Marcin Dybuk – Journalist with over 30 years of experience, former editor-in-chief, press officer, communication strategist, and media trainer. In recent years, he has focused on psychoeducation and working with men — hosting the podcast "PodRóż do męskości" ("Journey into Masculinity") and facilitating men’s circles.

He is the author of the book "Chłopaki nie płaczą, chłopaki z okien skaczą" ("Boys Don’t Cry, Boys Jump Out of Windows"), a book that breaks the taboo of male suffering. It serves as a compass that helps understand where problems come from and how they can be addressed.

Karol Dziubek

Discover your professional path.

Karol on His Meeting:

This session is an invitation to discover your professional path in alignment with who you truly are—beyond pressures, expectations, and "practical choices." The lecture is based on the Japanese concept of Ikigai, the intersection of what you love, what you are good at, what matters to others, and what allows you to make a living.

During the workshop, participants will explore a set of tools designed to help find professional meaning and direction:

  • Ikigai – as a map guiding you toward work or a business that brings joy and a sense of purpose.
  • Gallup Strengths – showing how you naturally operate and what you truly need to feel fulfilled.
  • Holland Model – helping you understand your professional style and preferred work environment.
  • Schein’s Career Anchors – the values without which no job will ever feel fully "yours."

Participants will discover:

  • How to find a work or business idea that arises from their identity rather than by chance.
  • How to recognize whether difficulties stem from the profession, the environment, or a values conflict.
  • How talents influence decisions, emotions, and sense of purpose.
  • How to begin building a professional path naturally, in alignment with their own energy and authenticity.

This is a process that doesn’t provide ready-made answers—but leads to deep self-awareness, from which clarity, calm, and an inner readiness for change emerge.

BIO:

I am a career consultant and Genius Formula™ talent coach, specializing in helping people discover a professional path aligned with their talents, values, and inner potential. In my work, I combine psychology, the Ikigai philosophy, Gallup strengths, and behavioral style analysis to create a process that guides people toward an authentic and fulfilling career.

For a long time, I didn’t know what I wanted to do in life. I followed a "practical" path, but it wasn’t truly mine. I completed my studies, started working… and quickly felt tired, bored, and lacking purpose. I browsed through various opportunities, but none gave me direction. I didn’t know what I was good at, had no Plan B, and not even a point of reference. Only a deep understanding of myself—my personality, natural way of operating, and talents—allowed me to view my path from a new perspective and regain clarity.

Today, I support people who feel stuck or at a crossroads. I have helped dozens of individuals discover their unique predispositions and create a professional direction that aligns with their true nature. My goal is not to provide ready-made answers, but to guide people toward clarity, confidence, and profound, lasting change.

Mana Hava'i

Intensive Practice Combining the Strength of Haka with the Combat Precision of Mau Rākau

Mana Hava'i

The haka opens the space through strong stomping of the feet, resonant chants, and a collective energy that affirms the strength and unity of the group. It embodies determination, courage, and presence. Gradually, mau rākau takes over: traditional wooden weapons are raised and crossed with masterful precision, revealing discipline, strategy, and self-control.

This fusion is deeply rooted in the four fundamental Māori values:

  • Manaakitanga: hospitality and respect for others — the art of honoring and caring for people
  • Kotahitanga: unity and solidarity — moving together as one body and one spirit
  • Kaitiakitanga: guardianship and responsibility toward the land, traditions, and future generations
  • Whanaungatanga: brotherhood and authentic connection — relationships that bind members of the community

Through this encounter of tribal expression and ancient martial art, the performance becomes far more than a demonstration: it is a living ritual in which power, discipline, brotherhood, and transmission come together in deep respect for Māori tradition.

"Aomana"

Aomana is an original concept inspired by Polynesian awareness of bodily movement and carried by the power of Polynesian rhythms.

Carried by tribal percussion and deep drum vibrations, the body is invited to release itself, step out of the mind, and enter instinct. This is not about performance, but about feeling. Each rhythm becomes a call to move, to ground, to let go, and to awaken life energy.

Inspired by elemental dances — Earth, Water, Fire, and Air — Aomana reconnects participants with primal, natural energy. Movements may be stable like earth, fluid like water, wild like fire, or free like wind.

The experience also includes animal dances, paying tribute to the strength, majesty, and instinct of nature’s beings. Symbolically embodying their qualities — strength, agility, presence, and alertness — allows participants to discover their inner archetypes and awaken a more wild, authentic dimension of themselves.

Aomana is both an inner and collective journey: a space for vibration, release of tension, and retuning. It is a contemporary ritual in which the body becomes medicine, guided by rhythm, intention, and a deep connection with the living world.

BIO:

Mana was born in Ra’iatea, the legendary Hawaiki Nui — the ancestral homeland of Polynesians.

He comes from a lineage of leadership and strength: on his mother’s side, his ancestors were women leaders whose wisdom shaped their people; on his father’s side, he descends from the high chief of Bora Bora and warriors of the Waikato tribe in Aotearoa, inheriting courage and a protective spirit.

According to tradition, he learned the culture, customs, and ancestral knowledge from his grandparents, who nurtured his connection with the land, stories, and rituals of his people. He carries their teachings with humility, sharing them with respect for the land, the ancestors, and all who enter the spaces he creates.

His presence is not about strength for its own sake, but about honoring the mana, wisdom, and energy that flows through him.

Call to Presence: Opening Ceremony

Yaacov on His Meeting:

Ya’Acov Darling Khan, during the Conscious Man Festival, will invite us into an embodied ceremony designed to cut through all the noise and bring us directly to the essence of presence. No drifting, no posing. Just the raw ground of being here and now. Expect the call of rhythm, an invitation to ecstasy, cheeky humor, and a kind of warmth that softens the armor you didn’t even know you were wearing.

This is a Movement Medicine ceremony—an invitation to fully inhabit your body and embrace the truth of where you begin. A call to step beyond your familiar "self" and set the compass of your intention for the days ahead. And also an invitation to meet your boundaries with courage, rather than masking them.

Movement Medicine catalyzes change—an inner attunement that makes space for honesty, connection, and genuine brotherhood. At the festival opening, you’ll be invited to discover deeper courage, born from your elemental nature, to open the doors of your heart a little wider—for yourself, for your brothers, and for the Unyielding Intelligence of life that flows through us all. Shared breath, collective exhale, and a reminder that transformation happens right here, right now. Life is movement. And movement is medicine.

Michał Pyziak

Falling as a Gateway to Growth

Michał about his session:

Every person goes through periods of crisis in life. At times we lose our jobs, our income, relationships fall apart, or we become ill. Sometimes we blame ourselves for failures or feel anger, perceiving them as the unfairness of the world. Yet many philosophical and spiritual traditions view this from a different perspective, seeking in such experiences an opportunity for growth and a deeper understanding of one’s true path.

During this workshop, we will look with mindfulness and kindness at our own downfalls and explore the question: what are they trying to tell us, and where are they leading us? You will see what your own attitude toward failure is—how it supports you and to what extent it holds you back from growth. You will learn methods that help uncover the deeper meaning of such experiences.

"Dad, Son — I See You, I Hear You"

Tymoteusz about the Meeting

The times of fathers being considered absent are passing. More and more men are present in the home — both physically and emotionally. We are learning effective communication, balance between work and private life, and other aspects of being human in today’s world.

In the background, there are defense mechanisms that we often confront in therapy and in other forms of working with the light and shadow aspects of our inner world.

There are men who carry within them a longing for their father — for an embrace, for support, for a word that was so needed but never spoken.

A father, whether present or absent, becomes for his son a model of masculinity. The son learns through observing actions and attitudes, rather than through listening to even the wisest words spoken from the heart.

I invite you to a meeting where both words will be spoken and attitudes revealed. A meeting between the one who is both father and son, and the one who is the son today.

A father said to his child:
"Be careful and watch where you step…"

In response, he heard:
"You be careful too, because I am walking in your footsteps."

Stillness, words, silence, closeness, movement, fear, sadness, anger, joy — all of this may arise, and there is space for everything.

Who is this meeting for?

For fathers and sons who are ready for a close relationship in which there is truly space for each other.

Outcomes?

You will receive tools to use in every relationship — tools that bring closeness and help shift direction.
A sense of intimacy and recognition.
A living experience of truth, whatever that truth may be for you.
A shared memory with your son/father worth keeping for life.

BIO:

I accompany men on the path back to themselves, in connection with the heart and what is alive and healthy. I work with beliefs about life in a broad sense, focusing on emotions, values, and responsibility.

In my work with people, I use tools from Possibility Management, Gestalt, and other paths I have walked or continue to walk.

Through my presence and approach, I invite others to listen to the clarity of their inner voice and to transform emotions into strength and mindful presence. In everyday life, I focus on being a good human being. I facilitate men’s circles, organize men’s workshops and journeys.

Each year, you can meet me at MANiFEST – Gathering of Men, and at Conscious Man – Festival of the New Man.

Privately, I am a father, partner, brother, son, and friend. Professionally, I am an entrepreneur and consultant. I am passionate about human relationships, nature, and the wisdom of the indigenous peoples of the Earth.

Psychiatry Without Labels – Meaning and Context.

Wojciech on His Meeting:

What exactly is psychiatry, and what role does it play in the modern world? In this lecture, I will explore the history of psychiatry as a field that has always balanced between medicine, philosophy, and humanism. I will explain what psychiatric diagnoses are, why they were created, and how to understand them so they don’t become limiting. I will also address common myths about diagnoses and pharmacological treatment, including fears around "labeling" and concerns about psychotropic medications.

An important part of the session will focus on contextual healing, the placebo and nocebo effects, and how meaning, relationships, and narrative influence real treatment outcomes. I will show that psychiatry is not limited to pharmacology but is grounded in understanding the context of a person’s life. In this framework, a conscious man can approach psychiatry not as a threat to his autonomy, but as a tool that supports responsible self-care, healthy relationships, and clear personal boundaries.

BIO:

I am a psychiatrist working in private practice and a lecturer at a psychotherapy school. I serve as the Health Representative for physicians and dentists at the Regional Medical Chamber in Łódź. In my clinical work, I focus on diagnosing and treating adults, with particular attention to the doctor–patient relationship, ethics, and the role of life context in the healing process.

My interest lies in psychiatry understood from a humanistic perspective—as a field that draws on biological knowledge without reducing a person to symptoms or diagnoses. In my educational and public work, I address topics such as professional burnout, mental health crises, and conscious care for psychological well-being. I believe psychiatry can be a space for dialogue, not solely for medical intervention.

Spontaneous Movement and Process Work: The Self as Caregiver of the Inner Family.

Kamil on His Meeting:

Dear Men, to be the best caregiver and support for your loved ones, first become a good caregiver and support for yourself—for your inner family.

This workshop is an invitation to an embodied exploration of Consciousness, expressed both as the nurturing Adult Self and as younger, sensitive parts that need care.

Spontaneous Movement is a method based on intuitive motion—a space for expression and giving form to what is alive within us. Through carefully selected music, subtle guidance, and the energy of the group, it becomes possible to meet your own process in a deep experience and, through expanded, embodied Consciousness, explore new patterns of functioning.

This original method integrates intuitive dance with the spirit of Process Work and the principles of Inner Family Systems.

Through acceptance, expression, empathy, and giving form to your inner experiences, the psyche becomes harmonized. Defense mechanisms loosen, stagnant emotions find release, and it becomes possible to revisit difficult experiences from a place of inner power and open-heartedness—bringing relief and allowing us not to react with past tensions to the challenges of everyday life.

Every part of yourself that you manage to nurture makes it easier to stay open to the world and respond mindfully to both your own needs and those of others.

BIO:

I am a psychologist, psychotherapist, and for the past 12 years a teacher of Spontaneous Movement—a therapeutic form of intuitive dance. I work with adolescents and adults. I am certified by the Polish Society of Process Psychology to conduct individual therapy and group work under supervision, and I am also an IFS practitioner.

Since childhood, I have been interested in meditation, which I strive to study and practice daily. I am fascinated by spirituality in its infinite forms, especially its mystical messages, which seem to resonate with the same universal truth across many approaches. In recent years, I have been particularly inspired by the Open Path on the Sufi Way.

I am a husband and father. Together with my wife, I lead workshops combining yoga, psychology, and dance. I believe that every problem contains its own solution, that humans are inherently good, and that my calling is to support people in their growth.

My areas of specialization include:

  • Facilitating life transitions, taking into account all parts of the psyche involved.
  • Searching for and restoring a sense of life purpose.
  • Supporting people through difficulties and challenges, finding developmental meaning in what happens.
  • Relationship issues.
  • Working with dreams.
  • Embracing difficult experiences from a place of loving, compassionate, wise, and confident presence, and regaining inner agency.
  • Working with movement, intuitive dance, and creativity.

From the Path Toward Self-Loss to Rediscovering the Joy of Life

Bartek on His Meeting:

I will share my own story. I will talk about the psychological cost of a professional career, the path of fear that was supposed to mark the end of my life, and how passions helped me step off that path, regain the joy of life, and rebuild my relationship with myself. It will be about trauma, fear, pretending, and imposter syndrome—but also about strength, joy, and the wisdom of life. No retouching.

"Wood Therapy – Releasing Your Skills"

Often, we don’t know what we are capable of until we try. Even if not everyone can paint or sing beautifully, everyone can discover their own way to express creativity and sensitivity. During this workshop, you will explore and connect with your inner creative potential using simple woodworking and DIY techniques, working with the wonderful material of scrap wood. You will create your own personal mosaic. It will be both creative and practical.

BIO:

By education, I am a forester. For over 20 years, however, I professionally built a sales network for a large cosmetics corporation and conducted training programs. Over a decade ago, I changed direction, and thus Rob in Wood was born. Through this life project, I combine my previous skills with newly rediscovered passions. I work with wood, run agritourism that includes woodworking workshops, relationship workshops, and wood therapy. I also create instructional videos for my YouTube channel. I play music, write, hike in the mountains, and seek joy in simple things.

Mariusz Bocian Atru

Male Stability in Relationships and Crises.

Mariusz on His Meeting:

Relationships can be a place of both great power and great challenges.

Especially when a crisis arises, when your partner’s emotions are intense, and we—as men—feel overwhelmed, thrown off balance, or pushed toward shutting down or fighting.

This workshop is for men who don’t want to run away or pretend to be strong, but want to be stable, present, and authentic—even when it’s difficult. No macho posturing. No withdrawal. No fixing yourself or women.

During the workshop, you will:

  • Hold presence when emotions in the relationship become intense.
  • Stand in tension rather than fleeing from it.
  • Find your own direction when chaos, fear, or impulses to fight arise.
  • Feel in your body what true masculine stability is.
  • Explore boundaries—your own and those in the relationship.

This is a space where:

  • You don’t have to be "perfect."
  • You don’t have to prove anything.
  • You don’t have to fix women or yourself.

Instead, you will experience how to:

  • Stay in the relationship without losing yourself.
  • Remain soft and yet stable.
  • Stand in truth, even during a crisis.

This workshop is especially for you if:

  • You feel that relationships are your field of initiation.
  • You want to work through difficulties rather than avoid them.
  • You are ready to engage in experience rather than theory.

Bring yourself. The rest will unfold on the spot.

BIO:

For years, I have worked with relationships—not from theory, but from real life and experiences I’ve personally gone through. Relationship crises, fear, losing your footing, and moments of not knowing what comes next became for me the beginning of a deeper path, rather than something to "fix."

I lead workshops and the "Living Relationships" program, through which hundreds of people have undergone their own transformation. I work with men on stability, presence, and being themselves in relationships—especially when things get difficult. I don’t teach roles or how to be a "better man." I create a space where you can feel yourself, tension, boundaries, and your own direction.

In everyday life, I live simply: husband, father of two boys, building a home in beautiful nature, running personal development processes, supporting organizations in transformation, and leading a foundation. Sometimes I slow down, sometimes I push forward. Without pretending that everything is perfectly arranged. With curiosity and readiness to meet life in truth.

How to Understand the Blade – Conscious Initiation.

Marcin on His Meeting:

We no longer live in a world of the illusion of safety. Increasing media reports of knife attacks in public spaces are changing the way we perceive safety and make decisions in threatening situations. A blade is not a symbol or a metaphor. It is a fact that, in a critical moment, does not ask about intentions, beliefs, or personal history.

This workshop teaches real behaviors in crisis situations, including fighting—understood not as showing off, domination, or escalating violence, but as the ability to act without falling into chaos or heroics. We work where stress narrows perception, the body reacts instinctively, and decisions must be made quickly and responsibly—before disorientation and loss of control set in.

Participants learn what a real knife attack looks like, how perception changes under pressure, and where the personal boundary lies between action and withdrawal. The training is conducted using safe training replicas, with minimal protective gear, which requires attentiveness, precision, and responsibility for every movement. Limited protection is not meant to increase risk, but to remove illusion—so the body learns to respond realistically and decisions carry real weight.

This is not ego training.
It is training in presence, responsibility, and clarity of decision-making.
An initiation into mature responsibility for the protection of life—without treating fighting as an end in itself.

BIO:

For over 20 years, Marcin Głuc has remained in an active relationship with the body, movement, and combat. From the beginning, working with the body has been his path to self-discovery—exploring his limits and the quality of movement, and how the way we move translates into health, performance, and the body’s long-term functioning. In later years, he complemented this practice with formal education and professional work as a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. He treats the body as a primary source of information and decision-making—not as a tool of aesthetics.

His path of working with the blade began with four years of sport fencing training, culminating in participation in national and international competitions. For the past 14 years, he has been connected with the A.C.T. – Armed Combat & Tactics system, in which every technique must be tested in real application—through drills and sparring—before being considered effective. He teaches weapon combat and the mechanics behind it, working with short and long knives, machetes, and improvised tools, with a strong emphasis on realism and the consequences of decisions made under stress.

Since 2020, he has been part of a family farm, which he co-creates on a daily basis, taking responsibility for continuity of work and animal welfare. He consciously applies his knowledge of movement, training, and recovery to function in a healthy and sustainable way. Life in the rhythm of the farm has deepened his awareness of natural cycles. In this context, he uses astrology as a tool for self-knowledge and orientation within developmental cycles and natural processes of change—not as a belief system, but as a language for describing cycles and transitional moments in human life. At the same time, he continues to deepen his psychological knowledge and self-awareness through personal observation, reflection, and lived experience, cultivating a mature masculine presence in everyday life as a partner and caregiver.

Michał Shootman Majewski

Fall as a Gateway to Growth

Michał on his experience:

In a world where men are often pushed away from the gates of life — both symbolically and literally — reclaiming their role in birth becomes an act of courage and a return to primal power.

This lecture is an invitation to enter a space in which a man becomes a conscious co-creator of life: present, grounded, feeling, and responsible. As a father of three children, two of whom were born at home — in full unity with my partner, through lotus births — I will share a path that does not begin on the day of birth, but many months earlier.

It is nine months of building a shared vision, creating a common field, and learning presence that does not dominate but protects; that does not control but supports. It is a process in which a man does not "attend the birth" — he reclaims his inheritance: responsibility for the family, the system he co-creates, and his own power of life creation.

During the lecture we will also look at what often keeps men away from this path: fear, shame, and silence. We will talk about how natural it is to "not know," to "not be able to," to feel terror in the face of something as immense as the birth of a child — and how these feelings can become a gateway to deeper presence rather than an obstacle.

We will explore the role of a man during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum — as a guardian of space, a partner in the Sacred Union, a witness of transformation, and a co-participant in the birth not only of a child, but also of a new version of himself.

This lecture is not about perfection, but about the courage to be; not about pretending we have all the answers, but about the willingness to stand beside your woman and your child with awareness, heart, and responsibility.

It is a space for men who feel that birth can become one of the most important rites of passage in their lives — and who want to experience it in full presence.

BIO:

For 20 years I have represented visual artists in the creative and advertising industry. I run a photo and video production house, SHOOTME.PL, where we produce commercial and artistic visual works for the biggest brands in Poland and around the world.

In parallel, I am developing Shootme AI Labs — a technological project supporting and expanding Shootme’s capabilities in the field of modern visual tools for the creative industry.

I perceive life as a space of constant exploration and creative experimentation. The source of my creativity is a deep relationship with myself, mindfulness, and the courage to follow my own path.

For over 11 years I have been exploring myself through contact with nature and bodywork. I regularly travel to the Amazon in Peru, where I practice a shamanic path rooted in the tradition of the Shipibo-Conibo tribes.

The most important and most demanding teacher on my development path remains my relationship with my wife and our three children — it is within my family that I most fully learn presence, responsibility, and love in action.

I am also connected with the Conscious Man festival, where since its first edition I have co-created the "Young Blood Zone."

Kacper Klimaczak

The Pedagogue of Happiness

Kacper about his sessions:

"How to stop missing each other in a relationship and finally understand one another? Peace and safety in relationships with women."

Many men genuinely try (they work, help out, take care of the home), yet still hear that "something is missing." This feeling of frustration and helplessness doesn’t come from a lack of love, but from expressing love in ways that don’t meet their partner’s real needs. I know this from experience — I used to believe it was enough to just do what others do, until I grew tired of the constant tension.

During this panel, I will present a simple, practical approach based on attentive listening, love languages, and understanding invisible emotional labor — especially during early parenthood. From an everyday male perspective. Using real-life examples, I’ll show how to recognize needs "between the lines" and respond in ways that build safety instead of triggering more conflict.

This panel focuses on a man’s presence in a relationship: conversations that don’t end in arguments, everyday actions that genuinely ease a woman’s load, and ways of being a partner with whom a woman feels calmer, seen, and supported.

This panel is for you if you want less tension and fewer misunderstandings in conversations, a greater sense of peace and cooperation in your relationship, a better understanding of your partner’s needs (without guessing), and the feeling that "I know what to do" instead of constantly trying blindly. And if you want to be a good conversational partner for women.

"Masculine anger that protects instead of harming."

Anger is not the problem — the problem is that most of us were never taught what to do with it.

In this workshop, I will show that anger doesn’t have to destroy relationships or lead to outbursts, withdrawal, or guilt. It is an energy that, when understood and guided well, becomes a source of strength, boundaries, and agency.

The workshop focuses on the male experience of anger: where it comes from, what it truly communicates, and why it so often leaks out sideways — through silence, distance, irony, or aggression. We will work with simple, real-life examples, learning to recognize moments when anger is trying to protect something, not destroy it.

I will show specific ways:

  • how to notice anger before it takes control,
  • how to use it to set boundaries without hurting others,
  • how to understand why you feel angry and what’s really behind it,
  • how to be both firm and calm — a man who stands his ground without being pushed around

This is a workshop about being a grounded man who is not afraid of his anger because he knows how to carry it and use it well.

BIO:

I am an educator with a passion for happiness. Research shows that the most important factor in life satisfaction is relationships. In my daily life, I explore relationships with myself, with God, with my wife, and with my child.

Why do I focus on relationships? Because I believe that when we better understand ourselves and others, we stop acting blindly and become more capable of bringing happiness to ourselves and others.

I share content online based on my everyday life, so if you’d like to better understand my perspective, I invite you to explore it.

The Mobility of the Sedentary Wolf: From Pain to Body Awareness

Tadeusz about his session:

Back pain, stiff shoulders, aching knees — for most of us, this is everyday life. We reach for heat patches, painkillers, and support braces. The problem is, that’s not treatment — it’s masking the symptoms. Modern healthcare rarely looks for the root cause either; it focuses on what hurts here and now. That’s why the pain keeps coming back.

In this workshop, you’ll discover why the knee is a "slave" to the hip and ankle. You’ll learn how sitting comfortably and "correctly" (without pain) can still damage your spine — which then starts to hurt when you begin to move.

You will perform a basic body scan to identify the most common hidden dysfunctions that can go unnoticed for weeks or months, only to later cause pain somewhere else — still without revealing their true source.

We’ll look for that metaphorical stone in your shoe, instead of putting more patches on blisters.

We’ll finish with a set of preventive exercises called "Mobility of the Sitting Wolf," designed specifically for the spines of men who work in sedentary positions.

You’ll leave with a deeper awareness of your body — what’s happening inside it and how its different parts influence one another. You’ll be able to notice early warning signs before something seriously breaks down. Because a conscious man is also a man who is aware of his body — and that’s the foundation of energy in every area of life.

BIO:

I am a medical trainer, a graduate of postgraduate studies "Medical Trainer – Physiotherapy in Sport" (the first edition in Poland, accredited by the Ministry of Education), as well as a complete course in Total Therapy. I have 8 years of experience in restoring people to full physical function and preventing injuries in athletes.

I specialize in identifying the root cause of pain and injury — often located in a completely different place than the symptoms.

Functional diagnostics, rather than symptom-based treatment, is the foundation of my work.

In my portfolio, I have at least two cases of spines that were recommended for surgery but ultimately avoided it and now function very well — along with dozens of similar stories involving elbows, shoulders, and knees.

I have 30 years of training experience, including 13 years as a professional personal trainer.

Since 2016, I’ve had a "ban" on lifting more than 5 kg — which I deliberately and persistently ignore. I am living proof that movement, not its absence, has the power to heal the body.

Mature Masculinity: Strength, Presence, Compassion

Paweł about his session:

Mature Masculinity is a workshop for men who want to develop a mature kind of strength — not based on control or armor, but on presence, awareness, and authentic connection with themselves. It is an invitation to a different model of masculinity — one in which courage also includes the ability to feel, to speak about emotions, and to be seen.

During the workshop, we will work with mindfulness, self-compassion, and vulnerability as real resources of masculine strength. Through experience, practice, and connection within the group, participants will be able to explore how being on their own side and opening the heart strengthens stability, agency, and the depth of relationships — both with others and with themselves.

Discover Your Voice

Andrzej about his session:

This workshop is based on group exercises that help release the natural sound of your voice — just as it is.

For many, this is the first time they encounter the sound coming from their own throat in a free, uninhibited way — without imposed rules or norms shaped by upbringing. There’s no need to emphasize how important it is for every man, for every human being, to express themselves freely. The voice — the most wonderful instrument in the world — is often suppressed, covered with shame and insecurity, pushed into places we rarely look. During the workshop, it will have a chance to emerge and reclaim its rightful place.

The exercises build courage to express yourself in the presence of others and teach how to work with toxic shame. I also use natural supporting instruments such as flutes, kalimbas, didgeridoos, and others.

BIO:

I began my inner work 20 years ago as a result of a deep personal life crisis. It started with psychotherapy, followed by nine years of yoga, Hellinger constellations, and group therapy.

At some point, I came across Tantra. It changed so much in my life that I decided to help others in their own transformation.

I have a daughter, Justyna. Together with my wonderful wife, Lonia, I have been running the "Wytwórnia Ciszy" Workshop Center in Brzozówka for 18 years, which gives me an incredible opportunity to witness and support the growth of others. I love improvisation — playing drums, flutes, and other instruments spontaneously. Together with Lonia, we travel to places few people visit.

I studied Process Psychology and have been co-leading the Men’s Path for 13 years.

Andrzej Hrycaj

Ice-Cold Balls, Fire in the Heart

Andrzej about his session:

What is conscious exposure to cold, and what does working with cold have to do with masculine work? What lies beneath the surface of the purely health-related benefits of exposure to low temperatures? How can we go deeper into cold therapy practice and use it consciously?

Cold is a harsh but at the same time generous teacher, as Wim Hof says. What you learn from the cold depends on you — provided you know how to work with its lessons. An open curiosity is an approach that reveals a literally endless depth of possibilities for experiencing and benefiting from contact with icy water.

During this workshop you will learn:

  • how conscious cold practice differs from classic cold-water immersion (morsing),
  • what benefits you can gain from it — health, neurobiological, emotional, hormonal, psychosomatic, and training-related,
  • what happens in your body and what mechanisms are activated through exposure to cold,
  • how to prepare, plan, and treat cold exposure as a practice, and how to maintain proper safety principles,
  • how to use breathing techniques and mental attitude (mindset) in working with cold,
  • what impact cold practice can have on your life — daily life, inner world, and interactions with others,
  • how the path of cold can become your own journey of discovering your inner teacher, healer, and leader.

Cold is a pure form of stress. It is a signal to the brain to enter the "fight or flight" mode. However, if you voluntarily step into icy water, it is not to escape immediately — and you can only really fight yourself. What if, through the art of mastering your own state, you could become a warrior of calm, whose heart burns with a clear, powerful flame?

"Encounter with the Shadow"

What is this shadow, and how can I connect with it if, by definition, I cannot see it? Where does the shadow come from? How does it manifest? Why do I deny and repress certain aspects of my own personality?

What does my father and mother have to do with it, where I come from, what I experienced along the way, what patterns I absorbed, what strategies I developed — in a socio-cultural context — and how does this affect my life?

Is there such a thing as a masculine shadow that has its own specific characteristics? And why should we even look into places that feel unpleasant — and what can I gain from it?

During this meeting, you will set off to visit a dark, abandoned, cobweb-covered basement whose entrance you once boarded up — a place from which strange sounds sometimes reach you, but where you usually don’t want to go to find out what is happening.

Do you have the courage to face aspects of the world, and perhaps aspects of yourself, that feel difficult, unwanted, troublesome, or even threatening?

What if, after leaving the basement, you could know more — and that knowledge could significantly improve the quality of your life, your relationships, and your ability to integrate internal (and external) conflicts instead of being controlled by them?

If not now, then when?

The meeting will have a laboratory-like character, including a lecture part, workshop elements, and an invitation to express your own experiences and insights.

In masculine work, he draws on teachings of indigenous cultures, mythological symbolism — including the hero’s journey — rituals, the medicine wheel model, and archetypes.

His mission is to assist and help others in becoming happy, healthy, powerful, and authentic versions of themselves.

Traditional Blackfoot Sweat Lodge Ceremonies

Piotr about his sessions:

The sweat lodge ceremony is often referred to as a form of rebirth, as it frequently brings healing on the level of the body, mind, and emotions. Held in the embrace of the Earth and the powerful heat within it (symbolized by the lodge), the process allows for the burning away of what no longer serves us, cleansing of what is no longer essential, and making space for the new. In this way, a space is created where, in a short time, we can perceive things that in everyday life might take weeks, months, or even years.

These ceremonies relate to the cyclical nature of life. We move through a cycle from birth to death, and not just as knowledge but as lived experience, we begin to understand that this cycle goes beyond the ceremony itself. At that point, we are faced with a choice: what will this experience bring into our lives, and how long will it stay with us?

Know that we will be accompanied by:
The Elements: 💦 water 🔥 fire 🌪 air 🌏 earth,
The Directions: east, south, west, north,
The sounds of drums and the scent of pure tobacco — but above all, open hearts and a deep, transformative experience.

BIO:

I am Piotr — Lightbringer. By profession, I am a civil engineer. Currently, together with my wife Ania, I run a farm, which we have opened as a space for workshops and ceremonies. I am passionate about creating ethnic instruments — flutes, drums, and rattles.

I am raising eight children, I am an active instructor in the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association (ZHP), and a guardian to Alexey from Ukraine, who is like a son to me. I hope to bring all my sons to the Conscious Man Festival. My passions include music, sailing, and facilitating initiation and personal development processes. For many years, I have been consciously walking my own life cycle. This sensitivity was taught to me by my (late, 2020) teacher and friend, Dr. David Thomson, whose teachings, thanks to their great versatility, remain deeply relevant to me.

In 2019, I was entrusted by the ceremonial Chief of the Blackfoot people, Keith Chiefmoon (Onistaya Kopi), with a number of ceremonies so that I could serve others using authentic indigenous traditions on our land. Men’s circles are, for me, an opportunity to deepen my practice and support others in their processes.

I have been part of the Conscious Man Festival since its very beginnings. In previous editions, I had the honor of lighting the ceremonial festival fire in the western direction of transformation and holding space for powerful processes. I look forward with joy to the next chapter of this great journey.

Your Relationship as a Path of Growth: Practices for a Conscious Partner

Łukasz about his session:

How do you bring festival energy and insights into your everyday life? Your romantic relationship can become a powerful vehicle for integrating these experiences. I invite you to a lecture combined with practice, where I will show you how to take initiative and invite your partner into shared growth.

As men, we often look for ways to connect our need for personal development with being in a relationship. During this session, we will look at relationships as a spiritual path — a space where, in trust and safety, we can reflect ourselves in the eyes of a woman while integrating what matters most to us.

I will present my original structure called "Relationship Retrospection," which combines masculine clarity with empathy and emotional awareness. This method weaves together:

  • HeartMath Institute® techniques – a scientific approach to heart coherence that builds calm and reduces stress
  • Nonviolent Communication (NVC) – a language of needs that opens the heart
  • A cyclical structure – providing framework and a sense of safety

What will you gain from this session?

  • A ready-to-use tool: You will receive a complete practice script (PDF materials to download) that you can take home and start using immediately
  • A taste of the practice: On site, in a men’s group (working in pairs), you will experience a "teaser" of this method — you will feel how the quality of listening and being heard changes
  • An integration plan: You will learn how to become a leader of closeness in your relationship and create a ritual that supports you long after the festival
BIO:

For over 25 years, he has been in a relationship with the same partner, which gives him a unique, practical understanding of the challenges and dynamics of long-term relationships.

He is a certified Transformational Coach and a HeartMath® Certified Coach. In his work, he combines the world of logical structure (many years of experience as an IT leader) with the world of the heart, emotions, and awareness.

As a "guide on the journey," he does not provide ready-made answers, but asks precise questions that open space for discovering one’s own truth. In his work with couples and individuals, he uses, among others, the IFS model (Internal Family Systems), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and HeartMath heart-focused techniques.

His personal journey toward conscious relationships began with the desire to heal his own marriage. This experience taught him that the key to lasting closeness is the combination of sincere intention with concrete, regular practices. Today he shares these tools, helping others build relationships based on authenticity and mutual understanding.

Unwritten Agreements: The Hidden Traps We Fall Into at Work and in Our Careers

Marek about his session:

There are agreements that we sign first and read later. The same applies to the patterns, habits, and structures we unconsciously adopt in our professional lives. The modern world offers countless carrots and sticks that push us to earn more, buy more, want more, get promoted, and develop ourselves further. There is nothing wrong with this — as long as we accept it consciously and recognize whether it truly reflects our needs and values.

In this workshop, we will look at the Unwritten Agreements in professional life. We will search for traps and patterns that often lead to burnout, as well as a weakened connection with our body and intuition.

BIO:

Marek Ostrowski is a psychotherapist and entrepreneur who has developed several international technology projects, including the first Polish app prescribed by doctors.

By education, he is a philosopher. The first time he encountered conscious breathing practices and dream programming, he was 7 years old. Since then, he has explored himself through Art of Living, Buddhism, and Ericksonian psychotherapy training.

Today, he is developing his own method for exploring and breaking internal patterns called Unwritten Agreements.

Playfight – Tame Your Wild Nature

Maciej about his session:

In Playfight, the winner is not the one who dominates others.
The winner is the one everyone wants to play with.

The modern world often "castrates" men from physical competition, confusing violence with aggression. Meanwhile, safe, body-to-body engagement is a primal form of learning how to manage healthy aggression, regulate emotions, and build self-confidence.

Do you know the syndrome of a cat that was taken away from its siblings too early?

Such an animal doesn’t know how hard it can bite and often uses its claws in harmless play when it’s not necessary. It has problems with socialization because it reacts impulsively where there is no need, misinterpreting healthy boundaries.

Many of us are exactly like these "separated from siblings" men. We often don’t know or even fear our own strength, so we either withdraw or explode at the worst possible moment.

Playfight is a primal fight-play that teaches:

  • mindful connection with oneself and another man in brotherly competition,
  • economy of effort and navigating actions under the influence of healthy masculine aggression,
  • setting healthy boundaries without contempt or hatred, and the ability to hear someone’s "no" in the middle of dynamic action,
  • emotional and nervous system regulation through physical engagement.

In this workshop, alongside other men, you will connect with your wildness in a safe and mindful way. Imagine a group of men covered in earth, with wild smiles on their faces.

That is what awaits us in the circle.

BIO:

Content creator, personal trainer, health educator.

On a daily basis, he works with people on reducing tension, improving physical capacity, and rebuilding connection with the body through movement, meditation, and somatic techniques.

He treats the body as a system of interconnected parts, integrating them so they can regain coordinated, natural cooperation.

He leads lectures and workshops on adapting primal self-regulation methods to the pace and limitations of modern life.

His educational platform "Moje Sprawne Ciało" and the ebook "Antyspinka: ruchowo-somatic hygiene" have helped hundreds of people "unstiffen" their bodies and regain organic psycho-physical efficiency.

In his philosophy, Maciej emphasizes acceptance, authenticity, and a grounded approach to development. He believes that lightness and physical ease do not come from fighting the body, but from learning to cooperate with it.

Outside of work, he seeks grounding in nature — often in motion, high on a slackline, in treetops, or deep underwater.

The Relationship with the Father – A Deep Healing Process

Rafał about his session:

I invite you to a workshop that will be a deep healing process of the relationship with your father. During the workshop, you will experience a profound encounter with your father, allowing you to go through difficult emotions and open yourself to a close, safe, nourishing connection with him.

The relationship with the father influences many important areas of life:

  • sense of self and identity
  • navigating the world (work, action, achieving goals, earning money)
  • experiencing love
  • relationships with women
  • becoming a father

Healing the relationship with one’s father (whether he is alive or has passed away) can profoundly transform our lives.

During the workshop, we will work on healing what is difficult, and just as importantly, we will open ourselves to receiving all the gifts that come from the father — especially the gift of life and love.

"I Feel, Therefore I Am — The Power of Emotions"

Michał about the Meeting

This workshop is an invitation into the world of emotions — a world that in young men is alive with energy and potential, yet is often misunderstood, suppressed, or pushed away. During the session, we will create a safe space in which boys and young men can look at what is truly happening inside them, name it, and understand it — without judgment, without shame, and without the pressure to be "tough."

We will begin by talking about the emotions that are present in young men in everyday life: anger, joy, shame, fear, frustration, excitement, sadness, or pride. We will explore how emotions are perceived socially, what messages boys receive from an early age, and how often they learn that it is "not acceptable" to feel or express certain things. We will examine where the belief comes from that some emotions are bad, wrong, or dangerous — and why this belief is not true.

One of the foundations of the workshop is the understanding that there are no "bad" emotions. There are only pleasant and unpleasant emotions — those we prefer to experience more often, and those we would rather avoid. However, all of them make sense, have a function, and carry meaning. Every emotion brings information. Each is the body’s response to what is happening in our inner or outer world. Anger signals boundary violations. Fear warns us. Sadness helps us say goodbye to what has been lost. Joy shows us what is good and important for us.

During the workshop, we will explore multidimensional models of emotions, showing that they are not one-dimensional or simple. We will look at how emotions can mix, overlap, and change over time. We will understand that what at first appears as anger often hides fear, helplessness, or a need to be seen. We will learn to look at emotions not as an enemy, but as a navigation system that — when we listen to it — leads us toward greater self-awareness.

Special attention will be given to the power that comes from emotional awareness. A conscious young man is not one who feels nothing, but one who can recognize what is happening inside him and decide what to do with that energy. Emotions are fuel for action — they can lead to chaos and destruction, but they can also become a source of courage, creativity, assertiveness, and strength. The key is awareness and responsibility.

We will talk about emotions as indicators of our internal state — like warning lights in a car. When a light comes on, it does not mean the car is bad or broken. It means something requires attention. The same applies to emotions. Suppressing, ignoring, or "holding them inside" does not make them disappear — it causes them to accumulate and eventually find expression in the form of outbursts, aggression, withdrawal, health issues, or relationship difficulties.

An important part of the workshop will be a discussion about the effects of long-term emotional suppression and how it impacts the body, psyche, and relationships. Participants will learn why a lack of contact with emotions weakens rather than strengthens, and what the cost is of living in constant tension. At the same time, we will show that there are safe, healthy ways to regulate emotions — without violence toward oneself or others.

A practical, hands-on woodwork element will be an integral part of the workshop, allowing the topic of emotions to move from discussion into direct experience. Participants will create one of two objects:

  • A Mood Meter — a simple device indicating the current emotional state, helping to check daily "what is happening inside me";
  • or an Emotional Totem inspired by Światowid — a symbolic object with four faces representing different emotional states and directions of inner energy.

Working with wood has a grounding, primal, and initiatory quality. It allows expression of what is often difficult to put into words and anchors knowledge in the body and action. The created object becomes a personal symbol of one’s relationship with emotions and a tool for continued work after the workshop ends.

After the workshop, participants will be able to notice their emotions, name them, and understand their meaning. They will gain greater courage in communicating what they feel, without shame or weakness. They will become aware of the consequences of suppressing emotions and acquire basic tools for regulating them safely. They will learn to draw knowledge about themselves, their needs, and boundaries from emotions, as well as energy for conscious action.

This workshop is not a lecture and not therapy. It is an initiatory encounter with one’s inner world, designed to support young men on their path toward maturity, responsibility, and inner strength. It is an invitation to become a guardian of one’s emotions — not to control them by force, but to understand them and use them wisely.

Hello Brother.

I am Michał, known to some as Kermit. I am a partner, a caregiver, a son, and a human on a journey. A warrior of life who is learning tenderness, presence, and balance. By education I am a coach and trainer; by experience — an educator, manager, and marketing specialist. A few years ago, I consciously stepped out of the corporate world and the rat race, choosing a path closer to myself and my own truth.

For over five years, I have been sitting in circles and taking part in spaces dedicated to masculinity and awareness. I experience, observe, feel, and learn what it means to be in relationship — with myself and with others. I create and facilitate Men’s Circles on behalf of the Masculinum Foundation, supporting men in returning to authenticity, body, and heart.

For seven years, I have worked as an educator with children and young people. I accompany them in discovering the world of emotions, teaching mindfulness, emotional regulation, self-worth, and being present here and now. I also lead activities related to ecological awareness and responsibility toward the Earth and all its inhabitants. I share what I did not receive as a child — and what I believe can change the course of an entire life.

"Goal, Direction, Action: How to Turn Vision into Results?"

Tomasz about the Meeting

"Goal, Direction, Action: How to Turn Vision into Results" is a workshop about moving away from living in "someday" mode and starting to act here and now — consciously, concretely, and in alignment with yourself.

We work with a simple but demanding model: first clarifying the goal, then giving it a real direction, and finally translating it into concrete actions. The key is not only what you want to achieve, but from what inner place you are doing it — whether it is a real decision or just temporary motivation.

I combine a coaching approach, work with beliefs, and practical tools for action. Participants not only bring clarity to their goals, but also see what has been blocking them so far and what they can realistically change immediately.

This is a workshop that leaves you with greater clarity, calmness in decision-making, and a concrete direction. Without pressure, but also without excuses. With readiness to take the first — or next — step that truly makes a difference.

BIO:

Tomasz Gulak – trainer, coach, entrepreneur, and networker. He supports leaders, managers, teams, and athletes in making sound decisions, building strong relationships, and achieving real results — both in business and in life.

He works with business owners and executive teams, helping them bring order to chaos, strengthen communication, and translate potential into concrete action. He focuses on what truly works — without unnecessary theory.

He is the creator of developmental projects, including the initiative "Wyjdź Przed Szereg" ("Step Out of the Line"), through which he organized events supporting women’s development for many years. He currently organizes regular meetings for men — a space for authentic conversations, relationship-building, and returning to male community.

He is the author of the book "Punkt zwrotny" ("Turning Point") about change, courage, and taking responsibility for one’s life. He has spoken at conferences in Poland and abroad, as well as appeared on television programs and business events.

He holds postgraduate studies in coaching. His training includes Certified Coach education, Rational Behavior Therapy (RTZ), breathing techniques from the Happiness Program (The Art of Living), and Radical Forgiveness facilitator training. He is currently studying Process Psychology.

"An Archetypal Fairy Tale with a Hero’s Journey Workshop"

Mateusz about the Meeting

An archetypal fairy tale, as well as a workshop or a song circle inspired by the Hero’s Journey, is a process in which we work together with men on a story. We draw out its archetypes and search for the Hero’s Journey contained within it — the process of transforming fear and anxiety into a heroic stance.

A heroic stance, in short, means the ability to respond to challenges: where to seek teachers, how to acquire knowledge, how to embody it, and then how to return with it to the real world and bring it into life.

Depending on the form of the work — whether it is a fairy tale narrative with a circle, a song circle, or a theatre and developmental workshop — we follow different pathways. It may involve listening, a journey through sound, intense movement and dance, or theatrical practices.

Regardless of the chosen form, all these paths lead to the shared core of the method — awakening the hero within a human being.

Professional actor. Graduate of the State Higher School of Theatre in Kraków. He has experience in both theatre and film.

Since 2020, he has been creating original music, theatrical projects, and fairy tales based on archetypal journeys. These works aim to deepen the human relationship with the subconscious while simultaneously enriching and developing personal identity.

"MALE MOVEMENT™ — Ceremony of Integrating Festival Experiences"

Michał about the Meeting

This is a meeting in the quality of conscious presence. A space for personal insight through movement and action — which, in the masculine experience, is the essence of change.

Through a living, aware body and a mindful mind, in movement integrated with breath, we will open a space of observation: of choices, limitations, decisions, beliefs, blockages, and potentials.

We will look at what is important for you within the masculine experience — here and now.

What is alive in you, Brother?

During the Festival, many things will happen. Rising is not the art — landing well is the challenge.

Integration of experience is one of the most often overlooked yet crucial elements of this path. Without it, it is easy to get lost.

Instead of escaping chaos — we will invite it into practice. Into action. Into the body. Into presence.

We will seek access to a personal source of power.

Each on their own path — and at the same time among others.

Brother — "you are not alone" — do you know this?

But no one will walk this path for you.

There are moments you must go through alone. Go deep. Immerse yourself. Meet what is difficult.

Alone does not mean lonely.

We are many. And we are learning to draw strength from this.

I will not tell you the details. I will not give your mind space to run ahead of the experience.

What is coming does not yet exist.

Where are you right now?

We will meet on Saturday evening — as a tribe — to take care of what will speak to you most strongly that day.

Be one of the courageous voices of this ceremony.

I invite you into the experience of a community of embodied hearts.

Prepare for the unknown.

Time is running out. If not now — then when?

"The Power of Conscious Anger"

Marcin about the Meeting

Anger has a poor public image. It is often associated with everything that is considered worst in "toxic masculinity" — lack of control, violence, destruction of relationships, and emotional harm inflicted on loved ones, among other things. And it’s not surprising — this is the kind of anger most of us have come to know.

Repressed anger does not disappear. It transforms into outbursts of aggression, passive-aggressive behaviour, self-directed harm (including autoimmune illnesses and depressive states), and more.

In most of our struggles with anger, the problem is not the anger itself, but our relationship with it — or the lack of one. And if you don’t have a healthy relationship with it, then anger has you, rather than you having anger.

When I speak about anger, I am not referring to uncontrolled shouting, screaming, or emotional explosions. We all know this doesn’t work and that it causes harm.

I am speaking about a grounded, assertive presence that does not suppress sensitivity. About directed decisiveness, about clear boundaries set with love, about showing up as your true self instead of the "nice" version — and many other qualities associated with archetypal masculine energy.

Without the energy of responsible anger, it is nearly impossible to say "no," "stop," "enough," or "yes," "I want this!" and to actually go after it. Without anger, it is nearly impossible to create truly safe spaces for healing, love, and authenticity — in work, relationships, family, and community — because every one of these spaces requires boundaries and the willingness to allow discomfort when necessary.

Anger, in its pure and neutral form, is vitality and clarity — the energy to act, to stand for yourself and what matters. But also the energy to not act — to remain present and grounded in being.

In this workshop, we will enter experiential explorations of different qualities of anger energy.

We will safely experiment with unlocking its flow in the body, and then explore how to ground it within ourselves and use it in a mature and responsible way — to hold a safer space for ourselves, our power, our sensitivity, and our relationships.

The workshop will primarily draw on tools from Possibility Management and the Peaceful Warrior training.

BIO:

He is a pioneer in Poland and a trainer of Possibility Management — an international coaching and psychological tradition with a 40-year history.

He has collaborated with the psychotherapy practice "Alter Ego," schools, addiction treatment centers such as MONAR, the Małopolskie Centre for Prevention, as well as private companies.

For 10 years, he has participated in, created, and co-created men’s groups and spaces where men and boys can discover new aspects of themselves and take greater responsibility for their lives and what they create in them.

In 2023, together with his family (fiancée and son), he lived for 6 months in villages with indigenous communities on one of the most isolated archipelagos in the world — the Kingdom of Tonga — where he learned local ways of living close to nature and explored masculine culture.

"Paradoxically, but True to Life: Loneliness Connects Us"

Mikołaj about the Meeting

The panel at Conscious Man will show how to transform the personal experience of loneliness into a force that builds community, with an emphasis on living, everyday actions that bring human relationships back to life.

Loneliness doesn’t only isolate us — sometimes it pushes us toward courageous steps, like stepping out of our comfort zones, which can create deep bonds.

Loneliness can connect people when it stops being only the pain of isolation and becomes a space from which we begin to seek one another, rather than hide within ourselves.

We usually associate loneliness with an empty house, silence on the phone, or spending holidays alone. But the same feeling, if we understand it, can become a space where people begin to look for real connection instead of simply "getting through it."

When someone experiences loneliness, they may discover what they truly need: empathy, a listening presence, a place where they can be themselves. And then, instead of withdrawing inward, they begin to direct that pain outward — toward meetings, volunteering, shared evenings, holidays, and social initiatives.

This awareness of loneliness is what connects people: those who feel it seek support, those who understand it offer presence, and together they build a space where no one has to sit "alone at the table."

Loneliness does not disappear on its own. It fades when, instead of running from it, people begin to open up to one another. In that moment, loneliness becomes a shared starting point — not an endpoint.

BIO:

Mikołaj Rykowski – President of the Wolne Miejsce Foundation, a social activist with over 25 years of experience, involved in creating systemic forms of support for lonely and socially excluded people. For years, he has been building spaces that connect people and restore a sense of community to those who are often left on the margins of social life.

He is the originator and organizer of the largest Christmas Eve and Easter gatherings in Poland and abroad for people experiencing loneliness — events that, for thousands of participants, become not only an opportunity to share a meal, but above all an experience of presence, attention, and human kindness.

As the founder of Poland’s first network of social and welfare-oriented shops, "Spichlerz," and the creator of the Social Ministry for Loneliness, he develops innovative models of support that combine material assistance with relationship-building and the prevention of social isolation. As part of these initiatives, the Spichlerz social bistro was also created — a place for local community integration and combating loneliness.

His work extends beyond national borders. He is an initiator and coordinator of international humanitarian actions, including aid for people affected by the war in Ukraine (since 2022), the earthquake in Turkey (2023), and floods in Lower Silesia (2024). In his activities, he combines social sensitivity with concrete, effective support, responding to the most urgent needs of the modern world.

"Movement Flow – a capable body, fluid movement"

Michał about his workshop:

Movement Flow is a workshop focused on fluid movement and discovering the body’s acrobatic potential. Instead of isolated exercises, we work on connecting movements into coherent, natural sequences and improvisation — allowing the body to move with more ease, freedom, and intuition. If you are familiar with Animal Flow, this workshop is the next step in that direction.

During the workshop, you will enter the world of flow — a state where movement becomes continuous, and you stop overthinking and start truly feeling your body. We will explore different transitions, rolls, small jumps, and elements of soft acrobatics — gentle, dynamic movements that help you become more agile, springy, and playful with your body.

Regenerative Yoga

Jan about his workshop:

Jan’s Yoga — Regenerative Yoga is a practice based on the classical Sivananda Yoga system, enriched with elements of fascial movement and nervous system regulation techniques.

The practice helps release tension, deepen body awareness, reconnect with the natural rhythm of the breath, regulate the nervous system, calm the racing mind, and improve mental focus while creating a state of relaxation and inner balance.

The practice is suitable for everyone, regardless of previous yoga experience or level of flexibility. The goal is not to achieve a specific shape of a yoga pose, but rather to develop a conscious connection with your body and its natural rhythm.

I have been teaching yoga for 18 years (TTC 2007 — Sivananda Yoga Vedanta).

My practice is rooted in the classical yoga system, which I interpret through the lens of my personal experiences and inspirations drawn from various paths of self-discovery, including meditation, dance, and somatic practices.

Arkadiusz Pilarz

"A Second Life – A New Life – DIFFERENT from the ORDINARY."

Arkadiusz about his workshop:

For the men’s gathering at the Festival, I invited true Warriors of Life — men who have been given a Second Life. They will share how important the "here and now" is, how valuable every moment, every day, every meeting, every relationship is, because tomorrow may not come. They will talk about how they make use of every day of their New Life. They live WELL, although in today’s world this word feels too small — because it is not enough to live "well"; we "need" better, "need" stronger, "need" faster, "need" more!

This will be the first part of our workshop.

Later, using various techniques — coaching, meditation, and breathwork — we will meet ourselves, becoming aware of what we have in the present moment, what values are close to us, what we have built with our lives, and how important TODAY truly is. The final part will be a shared process in which each participant will receive support and backing from another man. Together, we will create the "Ribbon of Life" and feel what "WELL" means to us today.

In my work, I use methods such as cognitive coaching, mentoring, NLP, breathwork, and meditation. For over 30 years, I have run my own business under the name Przygoda Życie (Life Adventure). For the past 8 years, I have co-created the Pasjonaci Życia Foundation (Passionates of Life Foundation).

In the 1990s, I was one of the pioneers introducing modern sports marketing principles to the Polish market. My team specialized in organizing events, PR activities, and media cooperation. Together, we created some of Poland’s most important sports and social programs: the National Ski Jumping Development Program "Searching for the Successors of the Champion" and the National Cross-Country Skiing Development Program "Run to the Olympics," both of which continue to this day.

Beyond sports, social, cultural, and youth-related initiatives, in 2011 we became involved in promoting and educating about organ donation and transplantation in Poland. Together with many institutions, organizations, and individuals, we created a year-round support program for Polish transplantology called "Run for New Life."

"Transmodal Breathwork Practitioners"

Marek and Michał about their workshop:

Transmodal Breathwork

Transmodal Breathwork is a method rooted in thousands of years of spiritual and shamanic practices while also drawing from contemporary scientific research.

During this year’s Festival edition, we would like to guide you toward a process of rebirth — completing what is coming to an end, reclaiming parts of yourself, and, most importantly, experiencing renewal on the level of both body and spirit.

We believe in masculine goodness and the power of the heart, while recognizing the strength of masculine awareness that lives within us. We have witnessed many times how breath can reveal and strengthen the Man within a man.

Why do we share breathwork?

Because breath is the foundation of life. The freer our breath becomes, the more easily energy flows through us. We experience more emotions, passion, and willingness to act. We feel more deeply, engage more fully, and live with greater presence.

We develop a stronger and more authentic connection with ourselves and with other people. We become ready to embrace life more fully.

Breath as a spiritual practice can lead to expanded states of consciousness, where we discover truth, direction, and a deeper sense of identity — one that can become integrated into our everyday lives.

As men, we often seek access to this life force. Through it, we can build and create, reach further, pursue our goals, define and protect our boundaries. Through this power, we can explore the world, discover our passion, and fulfill our life mission.

From this place — from our energized inner core — we can truly and honestly open ourselves to others, sharing our greatest gifts.

Breath allows us to release tension and emotional burdens, open ourselves to experiencing our own vitality, and become more embodied. It can also lead to expanded states of consciousness, similar to those accessed by shamans or through meditation practices.

Sessions may include energetic transformation, emotional release, integration of difficult past experiences, increased body awareness, and sometimes spontaneous healing of illnesses or life patterns, as well as personal visions. Participants may come to the session with a chosen topic or area of life where they seek support and empowerment.

Łukasz Falkiewicz

"Emotional Release Technique – A Man Without a Mask"

Łukasz about his workshop:

Perhaps throughout your entire life you have tried to be strong.

Strong for your family.
Strong for your partner.
Strong in front of the world.

Maybe over the years you learned to suppress your emotions, grit your teeth, and handle everything on your own. Not to show weakness. Not to ask for help. Not to feel too much.

But beneath this strength, there is often something that many men have never said out loud: exhaustion, pressure, loneliness, fear of failure, and the feeling that they constantly have to prove their own worth.

Many men wear a mask of toughness not because they are truly strong, but because at some point they had to stop feeling in order to survive.

This workshop is a space where you no longer have to prove anything. You do not have to play the warrior.
You do not have to have everything figured out.
You do not have to be spiritual.
You do not have to be invincible.

This is a meeting with what has been rejected, suppressed, and hidden beneath control, tension, and emotional armor.

The starting point will be an emotional release technique inspired by the teachings of Dr. David R. Hawkins — a practice based not on fighting yourself, but on reconnecting with your inner world.

During the workshop, we will work with emotions stored in the body and nervous system: suppressed anger, shame, fear, loneliness, the pressure of having to be "enough," and the need for constant control.

This is not a workshop about becoming a "better man."

It is a return to the place where you no longer have to pretend to be someone else.

Because true strength is not born from control.
It is born when a man stops running away from himself.

Łukasz

My professional journey began in the world of business and finance, where for many years I worked as an entrepreneur and banker. From the outside, everything looked successful, but inside I increasingly felt that a life based solely on achievement and control could not bring true fulfillment.

The turning point came during one of the most difficult periods of my life — an experience of deep crisis and depression. It was then that I began searching for answers on a deeper level. Not in motivation. Not in success. But in understanding my own inner world, because what I had known before was no longer working.

The teachings of David R. Hawkins, work with the subconscious mind, emotional release techniques, and spirituality based on truth, presence, and personal responsibility have had a profound influence on my path.

Today, as a cognitive coach, hypnotherapy practitioner, psychology student, and creator of Projekt Świadomość (Project Consciousness), I support people in the process of releasing emotions, working with the ego, rebuilding self-worth, and moving beyond inner suffering.

In my work, I combine emotional release techniques, body and nervous system practices, and a spiritual approach based on awareness, compassion, prayer, and authenticity.

I work with men, women, and couples through individual sessions and lead workshops inspired by the teachings of David Hawkins and non-dual spirituality, helping people return to themselves — without masks, without escaping, and without creating new illusions.

Privately, I am a father of two children. Sport, nature, silence, and movement are important parts of maintaining inner balance and staying connected with myself.

Today, I believe that the true strength of a man does not come from never falling.
It comes from no longer running away from the truth about himself.

"Sweat Lodge Ceremony"

Roman about his workshops:

Sweat Lodge Ceremony

The Sweat Lodge Ceremony originates from Indigenous traditions. In the darkness and heat of this forest sauna, we have an opportunity to meet ourselves deeply — our body, mind, and spirit.

This encounter serves both self-discovery and healing. It allows us to recognize our limitations as well as our inner strength.

The sweat lodge is also a meeting with the elements, nature, and the community of men. It is an opportunity to experience a connection with something greater than ourselves — the Earth, our Ancestors, and Spirit.

Would you like to enter the lodge? You will need swimwear, a towel, and optionally a head covering.

Michał Mysza

"Throat Singing Mystery Workshop"

Michał about his workshop:

Myszterium

Throat Singing & Overtone Singing Workshop

Throat singing techniques are inspired by the sounds of primordial nature — the voices of animals, flowing water, crackling fire, and the whispering of the wind.

These practices have their roots in the cultures of Tuva, Mongolia, Tibet, India, and Siberia, where they have traditionally been used as tools for healing, achieving states of unity with nature, connecting with ancestors, supporting shamanic practices and meditation, as well as calming the mind, facilitating emotional release, and enhancing concentration.

Practicing these techniques allows us to connect with our inner self, subconscious mind, body, breath, and roots. It provides a strong sense of grounding, deepens vocal abilities, and helps cultivate greater freedom and musical expression.

Whether you are just beginning your journey with your voice or are already an experienced musician, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore new dimensions of sound and self-expression.

During the workshop, we will explore and discover our voices through a series of exercises designed to safely activate the often-unused vestibular vocal folds (commonly referred to as "false vocal cords"), gradually leading participants into the practice of throat singing.

For me personally, throat singing has been a powerful transformational tool that completely changed my life.

That is why it is a great honor for me to share this knowledge and experience with you.

BIO:

Michał Mysza — musician, traveler, and practitioner of voice, sound, and bodywork.

For many years, he has explored the traditions of throat singing and overtone singing originating from Tuva, Mongolia, Tibet, Siberia, and Indigenous shamanic cultures.

He leads workshops, concerts, ceremonies, and co-creates transformational spaces inspired by Indigenous traditions across the world — from Poland to India, Thailand, Montenegro, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Egypt, Indonesia, Guatemala, and Mexico — sharing his experience of working with vibration, breath, and the primal voice.

His practice combines vocal techniques, meditation, conscious breathing, trance, and body- and emotion-based work.

In throat singing, he finds not only a form of musical expression but also a powerful tool for transformation, grounding, and reconnecting with nature and one’s inner self.

He has performed and facilitated workshops at events including Ozora Festival, Dreamersland, Men’s Medicine, Unity Waves, Jestem Festival, Skowronkowy Jarzmin, Awekness, and many other gatherings focused on music, consciousness development, and alternative culture.

He has repeatedly co-created opening and closing ceremonies for festivals and collaborated with DJs and musicians from the organic, tribal, and electronic fusion scenes, creating live improvised sonic journeys.

Michał is a co-creator of the Myszterium project and the creator of "From the Darkness to the Light" — an immersive experience that combines ritual music, throat singing, sound healing, trance-based instrumentation, and guided inner exploration. The experience leads participants on a journey from confronting the shadow to discovering light, harmony, and inner strength.

"Do you have a framework?!"

Łukasz about his workshop:

The talk – an experience-based reflection from the perspective of a father, husband, brother, and entrepreneur. A reflection on the importance of a man's inner discipline: what it is, who needs it, how it affects the quality of our lives and relationships, and how to work on it.

Practical part – practical techniques for working on one's "Inner Power." Participants are encouraged to bring an object that has some weight to it.

Marek Budziński

"Young Blood: RESET – Manage the Overload, Return to Yourself"

Marek about his workshop:

We live in a world that produces more stimuli than our nervous system can calmly process. Phones, social media, school, pressure — it is not weakness if these things overwhelm you. It is simply the mathematics of biology.

This workshop is a space where young people can experience firsthand what happens when their system becomes overloaded and what it needs in order to reset.

Through movement, breathwork, and simple practical experiences, participants will learn how to recognize early warning signs within themselves before they become overwhelmed by a wave of helplessness.

There will be no lectures and no overanalyzing. Instead, there will be direct experience: understanding how your inner operating system works, what overloads it, and how your own breath gives you access to the RESET button.

Participants will leave with a practical tool called "Reset in 60 Seconds" — a technique that can be used anywhere: at school, at home, before an exam, or after a difficult conversation.

You already know what it feels like when your battery is at 2%. Now you will learn how to recharge it.

BIO:

Marek Budziński

Marek facilitates workshops and experiences based on conscious breathing, body awareness, and nervous system regulation.

Since 2018, he has been creating spaces where people can slow down, release tension, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. He leads individual sessions, circles, workshops, festival events, and retreats in Poland and internationally.

In his work, he combines breathwork, movement, mindfulness, and simple body-based practices with a modern understanding of the nervous system, stress, and psychosomatics. His inspirations include the HeartMath method, Transmodal Breathwork, and somatic approaches.

He feels deeply connected to nature, silence, yoga, forest walks, and experiences that help people return to simplicity and authenticity.

Marek creates spaces where people can set down their armor for a moment, quiet the mind, and remember that breath is one of the simplest ways to reconnect with themselves.

Adam Dyja

"Cancers Affecting Men – Prevention Without Taboo"

Adam about his workshop:

Cancers are among the key health challenges of modern men, while at the same time being a topic heavily burdened by fear and stereotypes. During the lecture, we will discuss in a simple and structured way what malignant cancers are, how they develop over time, and why some men have a higher risk of developing them (genetic factors, lifestyle, environmental exposures). We will introduce the division into primary prevention (first phase) and secondary prevention (second phase): the first concerns, among other things, diet, physical activity, limiting stimulants, protecting the skin from the sun, and maintaining a healthy body weight; the second concerns the conscious use of preventive examinations, awareness of symptoms, and early diagnosis by a family doctor, urologist, or oncologist.

A separate section will be devoted to "male cancers" in the narrower sense: testicular cancer, prostate cancer, and skin cancers. We will discuss typical risk factors, early symptoms, the recommended age for starting examinations, and recommended diagnostic pathways, from self-examination through laboratory tests to situations in which a visit to a doctor should not be postponed. Anatomical models (testicles, breasts, skin) will serve mainly as illustrations – we will show on them what normal structures look like and examples of changes.

The aim of the lecture is to organize knowledge, separate facts from myths, and give participants a clear map: what actually reduces their risk of developing cancer and what specific steps they should plan for the coming months and years.

Those interested will also be able to complete a self-assessment of risk and a battery of psychometric studies on men's attitudes toward health (research conducted by Męska Materia).

BIO:

An engineer and manager by education, for several years he has been involved in health education, combining reliable medical knowledge with language understandable to "ordinary" men, showing step by step what oncological vigilance looks like in practice.

He has conducted workshops and lectures for men of different ages.

Aleksander Krzywulski

"Obesity – A Men’s Matter"

Aleksander about his workshop:

I will explain what obesity disease is in the light of science, what mechanisms govern its development and persistence. I will explain why it is a disease and not a lifestyle or an aesthetic shortcoming, and what the implications of this are. I will talk about the only known and scientifically proven way to cure obesity and present how it differs from nutritional intervention (diet), physical activity intervention (intensive exercise), pharmacotherapy (medications), and surgery (bariatric operations). I will also explain why, despite the fact that the solution is already known, the obesity pandemic is not disappearing.

Above all, I would like to leave listeners with a clear understanding of why obesity disease is not a person's fault, but their illness, and why such a person deserves treatment rather than judgment.

BIO:

I am a physician specializing in pediatrics, but for several years my main interest and area of work has been obesity.

I manage a Pediatric Department with a Subdepartment for the Treatment of Obesity in Developmental Age.

The entire department, as well as I personally, are certified by the Polish Society for Obesity Treatment (I am also a full member of the society) – the largest Polish scientific institution dealing with obesity in adults.

In addition, I am a full member and a board member of the Polish Society for Childhood Obesity.

At my hospital, in addition to my work as a physician, I also perform administrative duties as the Medical Director.

Wiktor Trybała

"BROTHERHOOD CODE: Without Armor, Without Pretending, Together"

Wiktor about his workshop:

The world is constantly asking something from you. To have your life together. Not to feel too much. To know who you are — preferably already. So you learn to wear armor: to compete, to show off, to keep your guard up. And the most important things happen in the place that is hardest to look into — the body.

This workshop is not about talking. It is about feeling.

For this time, we will come down from the head — into the legs, into the breath, into what you feel when you stop controlling yourself. We will awaken energy and movement. And then we will face a challenge that requires you to truly hear the brother standing next to you and allow yourself to be heard.

At the end, we will touch on trust. What it is like to let go of control, to lean on someone, and to be the person someone else can lean on.

BIO:

Wiktor Trybała – psychologist, trainer, a man who has been dancing since birth.

For the past year and a half, he has been leading developmental workshops for children using drama methods, as well as trainings for parents and teachers. Before that, for three years, he worked in the Youth Zone Project at SWPS University, facilitating soft-skills workshops for high school students.

For many years, he has worked through conscious movement and intuitive dance, and is currently deepening his practice through the Movement Medicine Apprenticeship, a year-long training program.

What fascinates him most is how connection with the body, breath, and spontaneous movement can become a path to greater awareness and a deeper experience of life.

He combines psychological knowledge with wild expression, humor, and movement. He loves nature and believes that true strength is born not from control, but from connection — with one's own body and with another human being.

"Men’s Walk – An Experience Beyond the Circle"

Wojciech about his workshop:

I invite you to experience the Men’s Walk.

During our meeting, you will learn the main principles of this format from both the organizer’s and participant’s perspective, and I will invite you to actively take part in the experience.

It is a safe space for practicing mindfulness, building trust, and developing communication both through words and beyond them.

The workshop is open to men who are curious about personal growth or simply seeking genuine human connection, regardless of previous experience.

Come, explore, and experience it for yourself.

"The Anatomy of Hate – Neurobiology and Psychology of Digital Aggression"

Mateusz about his workshop:

The Anatomy of Hate — Neurobiology and Psychology of Digital Aggression

The internet, which was meant to connect us, has become a space where we regularly face aggression. Why does it come so easily for us to hurt others from behind a computer screen, and how can we deal with toxicity online?

During this lecture, we move away from superficial advice and moralizing. Instead, we uncover the mechanisms behind online hate, analyzing it through the perspective of social psychology, evolutionary theory, and the latest discoveries in neuroscience.

We will examine the phenomenon of emotional numbness, the erosion of empathy, the online disinhibition effect, and what happens in the brains of both the aggressor and the victim.

We will discover why a digital attack activates the same neural pain pathways in our bodies as physical violence, and how this evolutionary trap affects our everyday functioning, psychological resilience, and brain neuroplasticity.

What does participation in the workshop provide and what are its potential effects?

  • Understanding the mechanism:
You will learn what psychological mechanisms drive the behavior of online attackers, allowing you to distance yourself from the aggressor’s intentions and stop taking attacks personally.
  • Digital self-regulation: You will learn specific, biologically based techniques for managing acute stress caused by digital aggression and how to calm an overstimulated nervous system.
  • Response algorithm: You will develop clear strategies — when to engage in discussion, when to remain silent, and when to firmly establish legal and systemic boundaries.
  • Protection of resources: You will gain tools for building psychological resilience that will allow you to operate in public and professional spaces without fear of digital harassment.

Bartosz Horajecki

"Angielski dla facetów - skutecznie i rozwojowo"

Bartek about his workshop:

I will not teach you a foreign language in 90 minutes. However, I will help you take the first or the next step toward a skill that can change the way you work, learn, travel, and develop yourself.

This session is for men who want to take responsibility for their own growth and stop treating English as a school subject, starting to see it as a tool for building a better life.

In the first part, we will talk about the mindset needed for effective learning. You will learn:

  • how to awaken your passion for a language
  • what the difference is between a growth mindset and a fixed mindset
  • how to accept the fact that you cannot control or understand everything from the very beginning

We will also reflect on why learning languages is an investment not only in your career, but also in intellectual development, brain health, and your ability to better take care of yourself and your family.

The second part will be fully practical. You will learn how to:

  • build daily learning habits inspired by the book Atomic Habits
  • use tools for tracking your progress
  • surround yourself with English at home and learn effectively without traveling abroad
  • use the power of daily contact with the language and, through English, gain access to the best mentors, books, podcasts, and experts in the world

You will leave this session with a concrete action plan, simple habits to implement on the same day, and greater confidence that language learning is accessible to you as well.

Phao Sanato

"Fire Song Circle"

Phao about his gathering:

The Fire Song Circle is a gathering with voice, music, and the element of fire.

Guided by the voice of strong intuition, Phao takes participants into a shared musical prayer, bringing together the qualities of a concert and a ceremony. The music flowing from the instruments opens a space of deep presence, shared singing, and a symbolic ritual of transformation. Fire is the center around which the energy of the event revolves. It is a place where one can surrender everything that weighs heavily and limits life. The element also has special significance because it can illuminate one's life path and ignite what is alive and healthy.

The artist combines the energy of voice and guitar in an unprecedented way, creating a living musical space. He invites participants to sing together in order to move the strings of the heart as well. In his songs, one can hear echoes of various musical traditions of the world – from blues and Polish folk to inspirations from the music of South America and the Middle East. The artist's main mission is to celebrate the miracle that is life.

A potential effect of participation may be a sense of purification, greater freedom of expression, the release of tension, the experience of brotherhood, soothing, courage, and a reminder that everything we truly need is already within us. The Circle has the character of mystical affirmative music and takes place in a natural setting, around a living fire.

"Transformation Through Qigong"

Tomek about his sessions:

I invite you to practice a body that is open to life – I invite you into the world of qigong.

I will share with you practices that open the body and the so-called alignments, which have been practiced in Qigong for thousands of years and form the foundation of coming into harmony with yourself and gravity. Body alignments are a powerful source of transformation – they guide us onto the right path and allow us to work with the tensions we carry within us every day. I will help you find them by guiding you through various exercises (the so-called forms), which will illuminate and enable difficult places in our bodies and souls to let go. Even a little, because that already changes a lot. This process requires a great deal of attention, but it is effective, a true adventure for people who want to take care of themselves. Being in harmony with gravity is like a balm – it brings relief and inner peace.

"With Joy I Will Carry Your Burden – Fatherhood, Childhood, Relationships"

Łukasz about his session:

Many men today try to be present fathers and partners while at the same time having no experience of what closeness, tenderness, and responsibility that is not a burden look like. We often unconsciously pass on what we ourselves did not receive – projecting our own lack, fear, or anger onto our children, partners, and the world.

How can we be present in our relationship with a child and with the world from a place of tenderness and responsibility, without abandoning ourselves?

How can we meet the mothers of our children, other men, and the world without the need to compete, prove our worth, or fight for our place?

During this workshop, I will invite participants into an experience based on movement, imagination, and bodywork. We will set out on a symbolic journey toward the stories we carry as sons, looking at the qualities that may have been missing in our fathers' lives. We will explore what changes when we reclaim these qualities for ourselves – in the way we breathe, move, look at others, and relate to them. Only from this place will we turn toward our own children – the real ones and the inner ones – asking how we want to be present in their lives.

The workshop does not end with personal insight. We will practice a new way of seeing other men, our partners, and the world, learning not to transfer our own burden onto them. This is a gathering for men who are going through change and who want to build fatherhood based on presence, responsibility, and tenderness – without abandoning themselves and without placing their own burden on others.

Raj NaamJot

"Movement into Silence" – Yoga Nidra and Classical Surya Namaskar

Raj about his session:

Asana is not a mechanical movement or merely physical exercise. True practice begins when movement, breath, concentration, and awareness begin to function as one whole, and ultimately you offer yourself and your practice to something higher—greater.

During the workshop, the classical Surya Namaskar will become meditation in movement, leading from the physical to the experience of subtler layers. The integration of the four aspects mentioned above within the asana gradually releases tension, and relaxation and action begin to coexist at the same time. It is a transition from activation to presence.

After releasing obstacles and tensions, it becomes easier to enter a state of deep relaxation, withdrawal of the senses, and subtle perception. Shavasana is the gateway to Yoga Nidra, and Yoga Nidra to Samadhi.

The second part of the workshop will take you deep within yourself—to inner silence. Naada Nidra—a Yoga Nidra practice using the vibrations of sound and the withdrawal of the senses inward—supports regeneration as well as the clearing and programming of the subconscious mind. It leads from deep relaxation of the physical body to the subtler layers of the mind—to bliss and the state of TURIYA, in which individual identity dissolves into the ocean of the Infinite.

BIO:

Raj NaamJot – on the path of yoga since 2004. His journey has led through various yoga traditions and the direct experience of what is real—in the body, emotions, and consciousness.

He currently teaches Kundalini Yoga, Classical Yoga according to Satyananda in the BIHAR tradition, and Naada Nidra—Yoga Nidra with the vibration of sound. In his work, he combines deep relaxation with the confrontation of tension and the shadow—guiding participants through opposite poles: from anger to joy, from control to letting go. It is a process that allows people to return to themselves and rediscover inner balance.

From this path emerged the space Everything ONE – All is One, within which he develops the Naada Nidra project—a Yoga Nidra practice with sound (singing bowls, tambura), supporting a deeper experience and mindfulness.

He collaborates with the Institute of Classical Yoga, where teacher training courses and advanced education programs are created for teachers in the BIHAR tradition to promote the yogic way of life. He has joined the magical place in Podlasie called "Golden East", a place of deep transformation of consciousness. In Poland and abroad, he organizes and leads workshops, retreats, and yoga holidays.

"Strength Begins with Biology – How to Build the Foundations of a Healthy Life"

Kamil about his session:

The modern man often focuses on results, efficiency, and achieving one goal after another. Meanwhile, true strength begins much deeper—with how the body functions. Your energy levels, recovery, concentration, libido, resilience to stress, and ability to face everyday challenges all have their source in biology.

Many men become accustomed to being constantly tired, sleeping worse, having less energy than they used to, or finding it increasingly difficult to stay in shape. They often treat this as a natural consequence of age, work, or an intense lifestyle, masking these problems with another cup of coffee. Meanwhile, the body very often sends warning signals much earlier. You simply need to know where to look for them—and that is exactly what I will teach you.

I will explain how to use blood tests to assess the body's actual condition. I will discuss the parameters that make it possible to evaluate, among other things, recovery levels, metabolic health, hormonal balance, the presence of inflammation, and deficiencies that affect everyday functioning. I will explain which tests are worth performing regularly and how to draw practical conclusions from them.

As a result, you will understand what your strength truly stands on—how to read your body's signals and how to make decisions based on blood test results that translate into energy, fitness, and performance.

Krzysztof Kisiel

"Young Blood: Courage That Saves"

Krzysztof about his session:

The workshop "Young Blood: Courage That Saves" will be a meeting, conversation, and exchange of experiences with boys aged 12–18. I want to create a space where young people not only listen about helping others, but also share how they see crisis, fear, pressure, responsibility, and situations in which one must react.

It will be a good opportunity for two perspectives to meet: young people, who see the world in their own way, and the older generation, which often looks through the lens of its own experience. I want to hear how "young men" see certain problems, what holds them back, what gives them strength, what they need from adults, and how they themselves would like to react in difficult situations.

We will talk about broadly understood crisis—both the sudden one, when someone needs help, and the one that appears in the mind, relationships, and everyday life of a young person. It is increasingly said that young people are not coping or give up too quickly. I see it differently. I have worked with young people for years and I know they are attentive, wise, and have a deep understanding of the world around them. Sometimes they simply struggle to break through an older generation that speaks faster, judges, and wants to act for them.

During the workshop there will also be elements of first aid: insights from the work of a paramedic, exercises on mannequins, wound simulations, bandaging, first response, and a discussion about how to behave in crisis and dangerous situations. There will also be survival elements—we will explore how to use what nature gives us when we need to help a friend or safely evacuate them.

The most important thing, however, will be that we create a pack. One in which everyone matters regardless of role or position, staying alert and remembering also about the weakest link—because without it the team does not truly function. What we experience during the workshop can easily be translated into everyday life: relationships, school, family, groups of friends, and situations where someone nearby needs support. I want us to leave this meeting not only with practical skills, but also with something we have built together—for the future.

BIO:

Krzysztof Kisiel — paramedic, nurse, regional coordinator of emergency medical services. Emergency medicine is for him a combination of passion, curiosity, fulfillment, and action. For years he has been gaining experience in emergency medicine and crisis management, where calmness, responsibility, good communication, and the ability to make decisions in difficult situations are especially important.

He conducts first aid training, safe behavior workshops, and educational classes for children, youth, adults, and seniors. In his work with people, what matters most to him is building the courage to act so that participants leave with the sense that in a crisis situation they are able to take the first step and not turn away from a person in need.

He has supported men’s events, including MAN-i-FEST, where he served as guardian of paramedics and led the workshop "Courage comes from knowledge, and joy from caring for yourself and others." He feels close to the male community because he sees how much can happen when men meet in trust, honesty, and readiness to act.

In his work, he focuses on practice, calmness, kindness, attentiveness, and a partnership-based approach. He believes that helping begins with the decision not to turn away when someone nearby needs support, and that these small decisions build a safer community.

"Work Zone with Tools"

Maciek about the Work Zone with Tools:

I invite you on behalf of the Organizers and myself to the Tools Work Zone!

This is a space where we will carry out a beautiful and useful project by working with top-class equipment. You will have access here to hand tools, power tools, and carpentry accessories, so you can test them in practice, understand how they work, check ergonomics, and talk about them with experts.

The Zone is under the patronage of a premium tool manufacturer – the company Festool, which for years has also been supporting the natural environment by initiating and implementing large eco-friendly projects.

This year, during several events, we will co-create dozens of houses for bats in order to strengthen their population in Poland and support them in reducing insects that are also bothersome to us. It will be fantastic if you join the action of building bat houses while also learning the secrets of working with wood. It is hard to find a better opportunity to combine the pleasant with the useful – on several different levels!

Join us, scale makes the difference!

Michał about the meeting:

Meeting: Elders and Younger

What do they think about us? What is important to them in life? What do they desire, what are they afraid of? These and many other questions usually remain in our heads because we do not have the opportunity to ask them. Or no one wants to answer us honestly. Younger to older, and older to younger. So we live, maintaining our own ideas and opinions about "the others," often guided by stereotypes, and we keep drifting away from each other. The Conscious Man Festival is an opportunity to change this, to meet and to hear one another. We believe that both sides need each other, and that shaping responsible masculinity requires mutual relationships.

We invite you to an intergenerational meeting, a conversation that rarely happens in today’s times. The idea of this meeting is to create a space for better mutual understanding and gaining inspiration. In an atmosphere of attentiveness and respect.

We invite men who feel more on the side conventionally called the "elder generation," let us assume approximately age 50+, as well as the youngest, teenagers and men in their twenties. The meeting has the form of a panel discussion, where each group will formulate questions for the other and will be able to hear answers. We will ensure moderation of the process so that questions and answers can flow freely and efficiently. It is not about finding the "only correct" statements, but about authentic exchange.

Elders’ Circles

Every stage of life has its needs, difficulties, and challenges. Sometimes it is good to meet in a group of people of a similar age and talk about what is currently affecting us. To hear what others are dealing with and to share one’s own experience. Older men often do not have the opportunity for open conversation about what life brings with age. It sometimes happens that they feel lonely in what they experience.

We wish to create a safe space for authentic exchange. We invite men aged 50+ (approximate boundary) to meetings in circles where we will talk about several topics. The thematically arranged circles will focus on such areas as: health, relationships with a partner, work or retirement, the passing of loved ones, and confronting one’s own mortality.

Each circle will have a moderator who will ensure the process runs properly. Come, listen to what others are experiencing, and share what you yourself are experiencing.

"Beyond Words: In the Sound of Silence and Wind – Sound Bath"

Piotr and Krzysztof about their sessions:

Piotr and Krzysztof about their sessions:

A sound bath is a healing ceremony of vibration, in which hand-crafted shamanic flutes—each tuned to a different frequency—guide the body through successive energetic levels.

Each flute is brought to life with the intention of love, healing, and harmonizing the space around. Krzysztof, a virtuoso pianist and multi-instrumentalist, will appear as a guest—their magical playing unfolds like a carpet of sound on which the flute dances like a diva, freely and without tension. Handpan, koshi, and Tibetan bowls co-create the same ceremonial space.

What you may experience:

  • muscle relaxation and slowing of thoughts
  • waves of emotional release that want to come out
  • moments of silence between sounds in which clarity appears

Potential effects:

  • increased activity of alpha, theta, and delta brain waves
  • reduction of tension and stress
  • a feeling of grounding after an intense day
  • deep sleep that night
BIO

Piotr Sokołowski (Shamanitu) is a multi-instrumentalist, sound healer, and creator of over 179 hand-crafted shamanic flutes—each brought to life with the intention of love, healing, and harmonizing the surrounding space.

Drawing from over 3,500 years of ancient sound wisdom, he combines traditional vibration technologies with a deep understanding of the body and nervous system. His flutes are not musical instruments in the classical sense—they are living artifacts, vibrating with the frequency of the heart of both the creator and the person who plays them.

As a DJ of Ecstatic Dance and sound healer, he has led transformational spaces at numerous festivals and ceremonies, combining ancient wisdom with a modern format of sound experience.

In this sound bath, he invites you to step out of movement into silence—to lie down, breathe, and allow sound to guide the body back to itself.

Krzysztof [Yelenito] Jaroński is a multi-instrumentalist and creator of musical spaces leading toward stillness, presence, and a deep encounter with nature. In his concerts, he combines piano sounds, ethnic instruments, and improvisation, creating subtle musical landscapes with spacious ambient tones.

Michał Shootman Majewski

"INNER CREATOR"

Michał about his session:

Workshop for boys aged 12–18.
90 minutes about creativity, dreams, and the courage to create one’s own path.

This will not be a lecture about art.
This will be a meeting about what creativity is as a way of life.

For the past 20 years, I have worked with some of the most creative people in Poland and in the world—creating music videos, covers, advertising campaigns, and projects for artists and iconic brands such as Adidas, Nike, Converse, and Netflix. But the most important thing this journey has taught me is that creativity does not belong only to artists. It exists in each of us.

During the workshop I will share behind-the-scenes stories of working with creators, stories full of humor, chaos, courage, and coincidences that changed lives. We will talk about:

  • what the act of creation actually is,
  • how to find your own interests and natural talents,
  • why it is worth dreaming even when we do not yet know "who we want to be,"
  • how important the people we surround ourselves with are,
  • what beauty is and how it influences our lives,
  • how to distinguish what truly inspires us from what only distracts us.

This will be a loose, living, and engaging meeting—more of a conversation than a training.

BIO

For 20 years I have represented visual artists in the creative and advertising industry. I run the photo and video production house SHOOTME.PL, within which we produce commercial and artistic visual works for the biggest brands in Poland and worldwide.

In parallel, I am developing Shootme AI Labs—a technological project supporting and expanding SHOOTME’s capabilities in the area of modern visual tools for the creative industry.

I perceive life as a space of continuous exploration and creative experimentation. The source of my creativity is a deep relationship with myself, awareness, and the courage to follow my own path.

For over 11 years I have been getting to know myself through contact with nature and bodywork. I regularly travel to the Amazon in Peru, where I practice a shamanic path rooted in the tradition of the Shipibo-Conibo tribes.

The most important and most demanding teacher on my path of development remains my relationship with my wife and our three children—this is where I learn presence, responsibility, and love in action most fully.

I am also connected with the Conscious Man Festival, where since the first edition I have been co-creating the Young Blood Zone.

Grzegorz Prus

"Elements in the Sauna – The Art of Entering Temperature"

Grzegorz about his session:

During the workshop I will talk about why a sauna is more than just heat and cold, meaning fire and water. The fullness of the experience is also created by earth and air, although we often do not pay attention to them.

The topic of the elements is sometimes presented in a mystical or esoteric way. I would like to show it from a practical perspective—as a simple set of guidelines that help us move through the world of high and low temperatures and gain more benefits from them.

The workshop will be divided into three parts.

In the first part, we will focus on the basics of sauna practice. We will talk about how long to stay in the sauna, when it is worth crossing the comfort zone, and when it is better to respect your own limits. There will also be discussion about woolen hats, cooling down, and the signals that indicate it is time to end the session.

The second part will be devoted to the elements. In extreme heat or cold, it is easy to switch into survival mode and act automatically. We will treat the elements as practical archetypes and guiding points that help maintain contact with the body and consciously move through the stages of the sauna experience.

At the end, I invite you to Saunorka. There will be an opportunity to see the mobile sauna from the inside, ask questions, and—for those interested—test the knowledge gained during a short sauna session.

BIO

He leads sauna ceremonies based on conscious work with temperature, body, and breath. He built his experience by visiting hundreds of saunas, banyas, and bathhouses, as well as participating in traditional sweat lodges. He creates a space in which the sauna is not only relaxation, but becomes a tool for regeneration, calming, and deeper connection with oneself. Graduate of wild sauna workshops, fire keeper.

On a daily basis he works in carpentry and sauna building, and his original project—the mobile Saunorka—travels during the summer season to share warmth and experiences close to nature. In his ceremonies he combines the four elements: fire, water, air, and earth, creating a unique, transformative experience.

Foka

"Meeting with Heart Songs by the Fire"

Foka about his session:

Singing together, weaving words and sounds together, shared vibration, shared experience, shared being. Songs carrying love for oneself, for others, for the Universe. Carrying joy, trust, relief, release, letting go, forgiveness, and often also inviting reflection. Soothing the soul, giving strength, inspiration, giving so much. Created by different people, from different cultures, sung in different languages, yet carrying universal meanings that can resonate with anyone who opens to them.

Words are important. Words have power. Music as well—it can carry words. When in singing the words of the Songs flow together with music, their powers combine. When Songs are sung consciously and with intention, they can reach very deep and move what needs to be moved. Singing has a magic of expression and experience. Shared singing enriches it with connection to others, which can be a great support in opening to this magic. Then, in the "here and now," a Singing Tribe is created.

Traveling with Songs, I meet many more singing women than men on my path. This imbalance may have its source in the thick emotional armors we carry. We rarely allow ourselves to take them off, or even loosen them. Singing is one of the tools that can make this possible, so I invite you to sit by the Fire and look for this loosening and the relief that comes from it.

BIO

Foka – Wandering with Songs. I gather and share what moves me. With the help of a guitar I create a space for meeting one’s own voice, other voices, Songs, and what is inside us.

Wojciech Wieconkowski

"Temazcal Ceremony – Sweat Lodge"

Wojtek about his ceremonies:

I invite you to a shared contemplation of the cycles of life, the dance of the masculine and the feminine. We will meet in the safest place on Earth—the Sweat Lodge—the Womb of Mother Earth, to sit in a brotherly circle within the womb of femininity and explore masculinity.

We enter the Womb of Mother Earth to connect with roots, relationships, and the source of creation, to establish a new balance, to integrate this time of enormous change, to call back, embrace, and love ourselves, anchoring our attention in the Heart.

The Sweat Lodge is a ceremony of purification and rebirth, a return to the Womb. This ritual comes from the traditions of Indigenous peoples of North America. It is a deep and transformative experience that helps one better understand oneself and one’s boundaries. Here, healing may take place on the level of body, emotions, and mind. Through the loving embrace of the Earth, through remembering one’s essence, we return to the time of beginnings, primordial forces of creation, to renew and refresh our relationship with life.

Temazcal is a space of authenticity in the nakedness of being human—spiritual integrity or its absence. From a place of acceptance of truth, we can take the next steps.

HOW TO PREPARE?

It is very important to have a clear intention before entering the sweat lodge. At the same time, do not worry if your heart is calling you but your intention is not yet clear—during the initial Circle of Authentic Relations there will be space to attune your intention. Before coming, eat a light and nutritious breakfast.

VERY IMPORTANT – drink plenty of water and/or herbal tea. On the day of the sweat lodge, or even the day before, it is advisable to avoid heavy fried foods, refrain from eating meat, and limit intoxicants.

Bring 2 towels—one of them you can take into the sweat lodge to sit on (after the ceremony it will most likely be dirty), and a second one for drying yourself after the shower.

A FEW IMPORTANT NOTES:

If you have heart conditions or high blood pressure, or if you are taking / have taken antidepressants or other medications prescribed by a psychiatrist/psychologist, please contact us before registering for the ceremony. The Temazcal ceremony should not be compared to a sauna session; it is a completely different type of experience. Therefore, participation should be guided by inner need, and if it arises, do not let fear or past discomfort from sauna experiences stop you.

"Mindfulness in Rhythm – Drum Workshop"

Marcin about his session:

Man – do you know what rhythm your heart beats in?
What story does it want to tell?
Are you attentive to this story?
Both your own, and the one that wants to reveal itself for you; in words, in rhythm, in life?

Because drums are not only precise technique, articulation, or a means of expression…
They are also an ancient tool of communication. And through rhythm you can hear this story and tell it.

You can feel what it is like to be heard, and how to lead an attentive dialogue in order to hear others.

I dedicate this workshop not only to musicians. I dedicate it to you—who wants to try building something together.

To create space for mindfulness, active listening, work on brain lateralization, motor skills, and above all good fun.

Because co-creating rhythm is not only about learning basic phrases and West African accompaniment—it is above all a lesson in listening, communication, and the well-being that arises in the body when we surrender to playing together.

I invite you to a total experience in which all senses, body, mind, and spirit are engaged. In which physicality meets subtle mental layers and the whisper of the heart. In which you learn how to listen in order to be heard.

BIO

Marcin Urzędowski:
Poet of rhythm.

With the sound of his drums, he creates a space that invites deep encounter with oneself. Using many years of experience, he skillfully navigates between the worlds of sound, voice, movement, myth, ancient legends, and symbols. He is a lover of indigenous cultures from which he draws knowledge and inspiration. He is fascinated by the invisible world.

In his musical stories, he weaves timeless wisdom, reminding us that everyone is love, and that the heartbeat is our lighthouse, our compass, a forgotten direction, the way home.

For 26 years he has traveled the world in search of new rhythmic and sonic discoveries, expanding his craft and technique with new articulatory and expressive possibilities.

In mindful playing there are no accidental sounds.
In mindful massage there are no accidental movements.
In mindful conversation there are no accidental words.
In mindful eating there are no accidental flavors.
In mindful life nothing happens by accident.

This is his philosophy of life, in which the highest values are truth, mindfulness, and presence.

He has performed at many important cultural events, both in the field of improvised percussion music, ceremonial and theatrical music, as well as broadly understood popular music. He has participated in many prestigious international percussion workshops and masterclasses.

He trained, among others, with:
• Daouda Camara / djembe – Ballet Sourakhata (Guinea)
• Mohamed Sylla / djembe – Ballet Communal de Matam (Senegal)
• Giridhar Udupa / ghatam, udu (India)
• Luis Ribeiro / improvisation – Camisa Verde e Branco Samba School (Brazil)
• Pierre Favre / singing drums (Switzerland) and many other masters of percussion instruments.

He is the creator of an original sound therapy technique called "Płyń z bęb(NAMI)", in which he combines high-vibration therapeutic instruments, bodywork, breath, and the sounds of ancient ethnic percussion instruments.

Marcin can be heard in numerous musical projects. He regularly performs with the bands: Źródło Lasu, Żywi Joł, Nandakike, Equilibre, Cantarsis, and also enriches festival spaces by creating drum circles, accompanying Ecstatic Dance, fire ceremonies, and many other musical events in which rhythm and mindfulness play the leading role.

He also supports numerous ceremonies rooted in indigenous traditions, creates relaxation concerts, and sound massage sessions.

"Return to Self – Integration and Closure"

Marcin about his session:

I invite you to a closing and integrating process of the experiences from all festival events.

This is a meeting that allows you to pause after an intense time full of workshops, emotional movements, conversations, and encounters—both with other people and with the most intimate encounters with yourself.

Within the festival space, many things and topics are touched at once. Something moves the body, something opens the heart, something else changes perspective on the level of beliefs or the rational mind, and sometimes something resonates deeply in the space of the soul. Insights, emotions, answers appear, but also questions. These are often intense experiences and emotions that, within a few days, do not yet find their place and grounding.

This meeting is a space in which you can pause at the end of these intense festival experiences and allow everything to begin to arrange itself into a coherent whole.

To begin integration on the level of body, heart, mind, and soul. Looking into these four spaces opens insight, feeling, and allows one to fully observe oneself and what is alive.

On the level of the body—to be able to feel and ground what has been experienced. Of the heart—to distinguish what is truly ours from a temporary impulse or excitement. Of the mind—to give meaning to what has happened and find one’s own understanding. And finally, on the level of the soul—to hear the subtle voice guiding toward what truly serves and moves us.

This will be a calm, inward process oriented toward sensing from the level of the heart what serves each of us individually, and finding one’s own way of bringing it into life after the festival ends. Not only taking inspiration, but finding its place in everyday life.

So that after a few days, a way can be found for lasting integration and change upon returning to daily life.

I invite you into a space where there will be room to ask simple but important questions: what truly moved me? what wants to stay with me for longer? what has awakened in me? what is my heart and life asking of me after this experience?

It will be a moment of gathering all fragments into one whole and story. Finding the guiding thread that led through the entire event. Sometimes visible from the beginning, sometimes appearing only at the end.

So that what happened during the festival does not remain only a beautiful memory or a fleeting uplift, but can become the beginning of real change in life.

Because sometimes the greatest transformation does not happen in the moment of experience itself, but later—when we return home and learn to live what has come to us. This moment of silence, integration, and encounter with oneself in the space of the heart will be a beautiful closure of all experiences.

"My professional life began with an economic education and work in large corporations. However, I quickly discovered that despite calmness, stability, and ‘standing firmly on the ground,’ something important was missing in my life. I was searching for answers and began exploring the spiritual side of life. I completed numerous courses in bodywork, psychology, energy work, and spiritual development such as mindfulness, tantra, breathwork, and hypnotherapy. Thanks to this, I found my path and combined it with my profession. As the owner of a design studio, I create and paint, which is an important form of expression and creativity for me.

I hold men’s circles, run workshops for men, and have been developing my therapeutic path for years, which allows me to look at the world not only through my own eyes but also to experience it from completely different perspectives.

Combining techniques, practices, and traditions is for me a way to integrate different elements, create my own path and method of work, and develop my journey. This allows me to be a guide and accompany my clients in finding their truth, offering tools that help release burdens and limitations and rediscover inner beauty."

Sławek about his ceremonies:

Sławek about his ceremonies:

The Sweat Lodge is a medicine of the elements, with immense cleansing power and the ability to transform consciousness. This ritual brings personal healing and a new experience of oneself.

Also called a healing lodge, it is a ceremonial sauna in which body, mind, and soul undergo purification. In the Lakota tradition it is called "Inipi," which means "breath of life."

The sweat lodge is a gathering in a circle—a circle of meditation, prayer, and respect in "noble silence," which is its foundation, surrounded by our songs, requests, and gratitude toward the world around us, our friends, and ourselves.

It is a meeting with all one’s relationships…

"Sweatlodge - Becoming the song"

Zowie about his ceremonies:

As the Sweat Lodge is also called the House of Breath, the first door in the East is connected to the element of Air, the place where we take the first breath of life. With that breath, we inhale the wisdom of all life that has breathed before us. We are born into the song of life and travel with that song trough the elements of water then fire until we breathe our last breath in the North earth. Then the cycle begins again.

As we enter the lodge with presence rooted in brotherhood, be prepared to become one breath, one heartbeat, one song. Through prayer, story, song, and silence, our individual voices merge into something greater than ourselves.
Here, we have the opportunity to process our experiences under the guidance of the elements, Air, Water, Fire, and Earth, and in relationship with the Great Mystery that moves through them all. The stones are awakened in the sacred fire and blessed with herbs as they enter the lodge as glowing spirits. Together, we support one another through prayer, song, and shared stories.

The dance of Water and Fire creates a transformative journey, cleansing body, mind, and spirit, leaving us renewed, rebalanced, and reborn.

BIO

I was privileged to be born in the City of Amsterdam studying graphic, interaction, industrial and experience design and traveling the world. I had a successful career in the creative industry and a design office (labolleur.com), creating tailor made brand experiences. Until I felt a hunger to search for the meaning of my life. What am I actually doing here? Who am I? This search is still ever evolving and continuously bringing me new experiences of life.

At some point I was asked to study the sacred plant medicines as an apprentice, being schooled in a traditional way. Step by step I released my former life. My curiosity and search for truth brought me to various teachers from the Andean Amazonian traditions and tribes. I have been studying the traditional rituals, songs, icaros, chants and plant dieting deep in the jungle for months and I have been vision questing for 4, 7, 9, and 13 days and being a Sundancer. Traveling with medicine men and women (from Ecuador, Peru, Brazil and Mexico). The last years I have been studying and living the traditions of the Hunikuin, Noke Koi(Katukina) and Yawanawa. Now I live together with my wife, daughter and son on a beautiful land where I offer ceremony every full moon.

Through the relationship I have cultivated with myself, the plants, ancient rituals, and the sweat lodge, I have found the tools that now support my work with others in their personal and spiritual growth.

Rather than offering answers, I help create the conditions in which a person's own wisdom can emerge, along with an embodied sense of belonging and connection.
With lightness, humor, and presence, my mission is to inspire people to live their lives in peace, freedom and love."
