Call to Presence: Opening Ceremony

Yaacov on His Meeting:

Ya’Acov Darling Khan, during the Conscious Man Festival, will invite us into an embodied ceremony designed to cut through all the noise and bring us directly to the essence of presence. No drifting, no posing. Just the raw ground of being here and now. Expect the call of rhythm, an invitation to ecstasy, cheeky humor, and a kind of warmth that softens the armor you didn’t even know you were wearing.

This is a Movement Medicine ceremony—an invitation to fully inhabit your body and embrace the truth of where you begin. A call to step beyond your familiar "self" and set the compass of your intention for the days ahead. And also an invitation to meet your boundaries with courage, rather than masking them.

Movement Medicine catalyzes change—an inner attunement that makes space for honesty, connection, and genuine brotherhood. At the festival opening, you’ll be invited to discover deeper courage, born from your elemental nature, to open the doors of your heart a little wider—for yourself, for your brothers, and for the Unyielding Intelligence of life that flows through us all. Shared breath, collective exhale, and a reminder that transformation happens right here, right now. Life is movement. And movement is medicine.

BIO:

Co-founder of Movement Medicine® and shaman, Ya’Acov Darling Khan, is the author of the bestsellers Jaguar in the Body, Butterfly in the Heart (Hay House, 2017) and Shaman (Hay House, 2020). He is also co-author of Movement Medicine (Hay House, 2010).

He is known for his combination of grounded strength, humility, and uplifting humor. The respect he receives from practicing shamans and indigenous communities—from the Arctic to the Amazon—is a testament to his authenticity. Since 1989, he has traveled the world, working with highly diverse groups of people and reaching participants on every continent.

He continues to offer his work through the Movement Medicine School, which he co-founded with his wife Susannah nearly four decades ago. His work is inspiring, relevant, and deeply rooted in everyday life. With passion, he demonstrates the practical and poetic significance of shamanism in the face of contemporary challenges. He has worked with both refugees and CEOs of large corporations, and he is best known for embodying the teachings he shares.

Karol Dziubek

Discover your professional path.

Karol on His Meeting:

This session is an invitation to discover your professional path in alignment with who you truly are—beyond pressures, expectations, and "practical choices." The lecture is based on the Japanese concept of Ikigai, the intersection of what you love, what you are good at, what matters to others, and what allows you to make a living.

During the workshop, participants will explore a set of tools designed to help find professional meaning and direction:

  • Ikigai – as a map guiding you toward work or a business that brings joy and a sense of purpose.
  • Gallup Strengths – showing how you naturally operate and what you truly need to feel fulfilled.
  • Holland Model – helping you understand your professional style and preferred work environment.
  • Schein’s Career Anchors – the values without which no job will ever feel fully "yours."

Participants will discover:

  • How to find a work or business idea that arises from their identity rather than by chance.
  • How to recognize whether difficulties stem from the profession, the environment, or a values conflict.
  • How talents influence decisions, emotions, and sense of purpose.
  • How to begin building a professional path naturally, in alignment with their own energy and authenticity.

This is a process that doesn’t provide ready-made answers—but leads to deep self-awareness, from which clarity, calm, and an inner readiness for change emerge.

BIO:

I am a career consultant and Genius Formula™ talent coach, specializing in helping people discover a professional path aligned with their talents, values, and inner potential. In my work, I combine psychology, the Ikigai philosophy, Gallup strengths, and behavioral style analysis to create a process that guides people toward an authentic and fulfilling career.

For a long time, I didn’t know what I wanted to do in life. I followed a "practical" path, but it wasn’t truly mine. I completed my studies, started working… and quickly felt tired, bored, and lacking purpose. I browsed through various opportunities, but none gave me direction. I didn’t know what I was good at, had no Plan B, and not even a point of reference. Only a deep understanding of myself—my personality, natural way of operating, and talents—allowed me to view my path from a new perspective and regain clarity.

Today, I support people who feel stuck or at a crossroads. I have helped dozens of individuals discover their unique predispositions and create a professional direction that aligns with their true nature. My goal is not to provide ready-made answers, but to guide people toward clarity, confidence, and profound, lasting change.

Full-body fitness training

Borys on His Meeting:

We’ll take care of our bodies.
We’ll do various mobility exercises, work on balance, and since we’re men, a bit of strength training will also come in handy. On top of that, we’ll touch on elements of combat training. If you don’t have any experience in any of the above — don’t worry. The level will be adapted so that everyone can get the most out of it. After all, every movement and every element can be progressed, so everyone will find their place here.

This year, I want to focus mainly on movement inspired by the well-known "animal movement," but I’d also like to teach participants how to integrate different elements. Thanks to this, when they return home, they’ll be able to use this amazing "puzzle" anywhere. The great thing about this "puzzle" is that once you know it, all it takes is 15 minutes to go through the sequence, and your body benefits in every way I mentioned earlier.

BIO:

Sport has been my entire life — from kung fu, through wrestling, to MMA, where I became a champion in the best organization in Europe, KSW. I also took part in a main event fight where, together with Mamed Khalidov, we attracted 58,000 spectators to the National Stadium, making it the second-largest MMA event in the world.

Today, however, combat sports are no longer my main focus. I realized — and my body made it clear — that I’ve had enough fighting, and it’s time to do something good for myself and my body. Over the past few years, I’ve dedicated all my energy to developing movement practices that improve, strengthen, and restore the body. I used to think that after so many injuries and surgeries, I would never regain the fitness of a 20-year-old. But it turned out that at the age of 36, after all those experiences, I reached a level of physical ability I had never had before.

That’s when I understood how valuable this is — and I knew I wanted to share it with others. That’s how the idea for TAZ DOJO was born — my online school, where I teach everything I know. It has already helped many people, which brings me so much joy that I can’t imagine ever giving it up. I’m especially happy to be joining Conscious Man again — together we’ll once again do something good for both body and mind. See you there!

Psychiatry Without Labels – Meaning and Context.

Wojciech on His Meeting:

What exactly is psychiatry, and what role does it play in the modern world? In this lecture, I will explore the history of psychiatry as a field that has always balanced between medicine, philosophy, and humanism. I will explain what psychiatric diagnoses are, why they were created, and how to understand them so they don’t become limiting. I will also address common myths about diagnoses and pharmacological treatment, including fears around "labeling" and concerns about psychotropic medications.

An important part of the session will focus on contextual healing, the placebo and nocebo effects, and how meaning, relationships, and narrative influence real treatment outcomes. I will show that psychiatry is not limited to pharmacology but is grounded in understanding the context of a person’s life. In this framework, a conscious man can approach psychiatry not as a threat to his autonomy, but as a tool that supports responsible self-care, healthy relationships, and clear personal boundaries.

BIO:

I am a psychiatrist working in private practice and a lecturer at a psychotherapy school. I serve as the Health Representative for physicians and dentists at the Regional Medical Chamber in Łódź. In my clinical work, I focus on diagnosing and treating adults, with particular attention to the doctor–patient relationship, ethics, and the role of life context in the healing process.

My interest lies in psychiatry understood from a humanistic perspective—as a field that draws on biological knowledge without reducing a person to symptoms or diagnoses. In my educational and public work, I address topics such as professional burnout, mental health crises, and conscious care for psychological well-being. I believe psychiatry can be a space for dialogue, not solely for medical intervention.

Spontaneous Movement and Process Work: The Self as Caregiver of the Inner Family.

Kamil on His Meeting:

Dear Men, to be the best caregiver and support for your loved ones, first become a good caregiver and support for yourself—for your inner family.

This workshop is an invitation to an embodied exploration of Consciousness, expressed both as the nurturing Adult Self and as younger, sensitive parts that need care.

Spontaneous Movement is a method based on intuitive motion—a space for expression and giving form to what is alive within us. Through carefully selected music, subtle guidance, and the energy of the group, it becomes possible to meet your own process in a deep experience and, through expanded, embodied Consciousness, explore new patterns of functioning.

This original method integrates intuitive dance with the spirit of Process Work and the principles of Inner Family Systems.

Through acceptance, expression, empathy, and giving form to your inner experiences, the psyche becomes harmonized. Defense mechanisms loosen, stagnant emotions find release, and it becomes possible to revisit difficult experiences from a place of inner power and open-heartedness—bringing relief and allowing us not to react with past tensions to the challenges of everyday life.

Every part of yourself that you manage to nurture makes it easier to stay open to the world and respond mindfully to both your own needs and those of others.

BIO:

I am a psychologist, psychotherapist, and for the past 12 years a teacher of Spontaneous Movement—a therapeutic form of intuitive dance. I work with adolescents and adults. I am certified by the Polish Society of Process Psychology to conduct individual therapy and group work under supervision, and I am also an IFS practitioner.

Since childhood, I have been interested in meditation, which I strive to study and practice daily. I am fascinated by spirituality in its infinite forms, especially its mystical messages, which seem to resonate with the same universal truth across many approaches. In recent years, I have been particularly inspired by the Open Path on the Sufi Way.

I am a husband and father. Together with my wife, I lead workshops combining yoga, psychology, and dance. I believe that every problem contains its own solution, that humans are inherently good, and that my calling is to support people in their growth.

My areas of specialization include:

  • Facilitating life transitions, taking into account all parts of the psyche involved.
  • Searching for and restoring a sense of life purpose.
  • Supporting people through difficulties and challenges, finding developmental meaning in what happens.
  • Relationship issues.
  • Working with dreams.
  • Embracing difficult experiences from a place of loving, compassionate, wise, and confident presence, and regaining inner agency.
  • Working with movement, intuitive dance, and creativity.

How to Resolve Conflicts Without Giving Up on Yourself.

Bartek on His Meeting:

In relationships, differences of opinion are inevitable. What matters is how we respond to them. This session will show that conflict doesn’t have to mean struggle or compromise at the cost of loss. You can protect your boundaries while still building understanding. Instead of suppressing emotions or exploding, you can learn to hear what they are truly trying to tell you. Join us to learn how to move from tension to clarity, and from conflict to dialogue.

We will focus on discovering the needs behind the words, communicating directly, and finding solutions where everyone can remain true to themselves. This is an invitation to masculinity understood as presence, awareness, and responsibility for the impact you have on your relationships.

BIO:

I am a certified NVC Trainer, certified IFS Practitioner, certified ISP Practitioner, and certified TRE® Provider. I work by integrating approaches based on conscious work with the body and nervous system, supporting people on the level of emotions, beliefs, and somatic experiences.

My main focus is on building authentic relationships, emotional regulation, working with shame, boundaries, conflict, and strengthening self-worth. I organize and offer courses, workshops, lectures, group processes, and individual sessions, combining clear structure with a living, empathetic connection. Over 10,000 people have participated in the events I’ve led.

I work with adults, couples, leaders, therapists, and teams who want to improve communication, increase self-awareness, and bring more calm and clarity to their personal and professional relationships.

I am also the creator of the podcast "Zadurski Mówi", where I share knowledge about emotions, relationships, and communication. I have delivered talks at numerous personal development events, including TEDx Gdynia.

From the Path Toward Self-Loss to Rediscovering the Joy of Life

Bartek on His Meeting:

I will share my own story. I will talk about the psychological cost of a professional career, the path of fear that was supposed to mark the end of my life, and how passions helped me step off that path, regain the joy of life, and rebuild my relationship with myself. It will be about trauma, fear, pretending, and imposter syndrome—but also about strength, joy, and the wisdom of life. No retouching.

"Wood Therapy – Releasing Your Skills"

Often, we don’t know what we are capable of until we try. Even if not everyone can paint or sing beautifully, everyone can discover their own way to express creativity and sensitivity. During this workshop, you will explore and connect with your inner creative potential using simple woodworking and DIY techniques, working with the wonderful material of scrap wood. You will create your own personal mosaic. It will be both creative and practical.

BIO:

By education, I am a forester. For over 20 years, however, I professionally built a sales network for a large cosmetics corporation and conducted training programs. Over a decade ago, I changed direction, and thus Rob in Wood was born. Through this life project, I combine my previous skills with newly rediscovered passions. I work with wood, run agritourism that includes woodworking workshops, relationship workshops, and wood therapy. I also create instructional videos for my YouTube channel. I play music, write, hike in the mountains, and seek joy in simple things.

Mariusz Bocian Atru

Male Stability in Relationships and Crises.

Mariusz on His Meeting:

Relationships can be a place of both great power and great challenges.

Especially when a crisis arises, when your partner’s emotions are intense, and we—as men—feel overwhelmed, thrown off balance, or pushed toward shutting down or fighting.

This workshop is for men who don’t want to run away or pretend to be strong, but want to be stable, present, and authentic—even when it’s difficult. No macho posturing. No withdrawal. No fixing yourself or women.

During the workshop, you will:

  • Hold presence when emotions in the relationship become intense.
  • Stand in tension rather than fleeing from it.
  • Find your own direction when chaos, fear, or impulses to fight arise.
  • Feel in your body what true masculine stability is.
  • Explore boundaries—your own and those in the relationship.

This is a space where:

  • You don’t have to be "perfect."
  • You don’t have to prove anything.
  • You don’t have to fix women or yourself.

Instead, you will experience how to:

  • Stay in the relationship without losing yourself.
  • Remain soft and yet stable.
  • Stand in truth, even during a crisis.

This workshop is especially for you if:

  • You feel that relationships are your field of initiation.
  • You want to work through difficulties rather than avoid them.
  • You are ready to engage in experience rather than theory.

Bring yourself. The rest will unfold on the spot.

BIO:

For years, I have worked with relationships—not from theory, but from real life and experiences I’ve personally gone through. Relationship crises, fear, losing your footing, and moments of not knowing what comes next became for me the beginning of a deeper path, rather than something to "fix."

I lead workshops and the "Living Relationships" program, through which hundreds of people have undergone their own transformation. I work with men on stability, presence, and being themselves in relationships—especially when things get difficult. I don’t teach roles or how to be a "better man." I create a space where you can feel yourself, tension, boundaries, and your own direction.

In everyday life, I live simply: husband, father of two boys, building a home in beautiful nature, running personal development processes, supporting organizations in transformation, and leading a foundation. Sometimes I slow down, sometimes I push forward. Without pretending that everything is perfectly arranged. With curiosity and readiness to meet life in truth.

Marcin Głuc

How to Understand the Blade – Conscious Initiation.

Marcin on His Meeting:

We no longer live in a world of the illusion of safety. Increasing media reports of knife attacks in public spaces are changing the way we perceive safety and make decisions in threatening situations. A blade is not a symbol or a metaphor. It is a fact that, in a critical moment, does not ask about intentions, beliefs, or personal history.

This workshop teaches real behaviors in crisis situations, including fighting—understood not as showing off, domination, or escalating violence, but as the ability to act without falling into chaos or heroics. We work where stress narrows perception, the body reacts instinctively, and decisions must be made quickly and responsibly—before disorientation and loss of control set in.

Participants learn what a real knife attack looks like, how perception changes under pressure, and where the personal boundary lies between action and withdrawal. The training is conducted using safe training replicas, with minimal protective gear, which requires attentiveness, precision, and responsibility for every movement. Limited protection is not meant to increase risk, but to remove illusion—so the body learns to respond realistically and decisions carry real weight.

This is not ego training.
It is training in presence, responsibility, and clarity of decision-making.
An initiation into mature responsibility for the protection of life—without treating fighting as an end in itself.

BIO:

For over 20 years, Marcin Głuc has remained in an active relationship with the body, movement, and combat. From the beginning, working with the body has been his path to self-discovery—exploring his limits and the quality of movement, and how the way we move translates into health, performance, and the body’s long-term functioning. In later years, he complemented this practice with formal education and professional work as a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. He treats the body as a primary source of information and decision-making—not as a tool of aesthetics.

His path of working with the blade began with four years of sport fencing training, culminating in participation in national and international competitions. For the past 14 years, he has been connected with the A.C.T. – Armed Combat & Tactics system, in which every technique must be tested in real application—through drills and sparring—before being considered effective. He teaches weapon combat and the mechanics behind it, working with short and long knives, machetes, and improvised tools, with a strong emphasis on realism and the consequences of decisions made under stress.

Since 2020, he has been part of a family farm, which he co-creates on a daily basis, taking responsibility for continuity of work and animal welfare. He consciously applies his knowledge of movement, training, and recovery to function in a healthy and sustainable way. Life in the rhythm of the farm has deepened his awareness of natural cycles. In this context, he uses astrology as a tool for self-knowledge and orientation within developmental cycles and natural processes of change—not as a belief system, but as a language for describing cycles and transitional moments in human life. At the same time, he continues to deepen his psychological knowledge and self-awareness through personal observation, reflection, and lived experience, cultivating a mature masculine presence in everyday life as a partner and caregiver.

Michał Shootman Majewski

Fall as a Gateway to Growth

Michał on his experience:

In a world where men are often pushed away from the gates of life — both symbolically and literally — reclaiming their role in birth becomes an act of courage and a return to primal power.

This lecture is an invitation to enter a space in which a man becomes a conscious co-creator of life: present, grounded, feeling, and responsible. As a father of three children, two of whom were born at home — in full unity with my partner, through lotus births — I will share a path that does not begin on the day of birth, but many months earlier.

It is nine months of building a shared vision, creating a common field, and learning presence that does not dominate but protects; that does not control but supports. It is a process in which a man does not "attend the birth" — he reclaims his inheritance: responsibility for the family, the system he co-creates, and his own power of life creation.

During the lecture we will also look at what often keeps men away from this path: fear, shame, and silence. We will talk about how natural it is to "not know," to "not be able to," to feel terror in the face of something as immense as the birth of a child — and how these feelings can become a gateway to deeper presence rather than an obstacle.

We will explore the role of a man during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum — as a guardian of space, a partner in the Sacred Union, a witness of transformation, and a co-participant in the birth not only of a child, but also of a new version of himself.

This lecture is not about perfection, but about the courage to be; not about pretending we have all the answers, but about the willingness to stand beside your woman and your child with awareness, heart, and responsibility.

It is a space for men who feel that birth can become one of the most important rites of passage in their lives — and who want to experience it in full presence.

BIO:

For 20 years I have represented visual artists in the creative and advertising industry. I run a photo and video production house, SHOOTME.PL, where we produce commercial and artistic visual works for the biggest brands in Poland and around the world.

In parallel, I am developing Shootme AI Labs — a technological project supporting and expanding Shootme’s capabilities in the field of modern visual tools for the creative industry.

I perceive life as a space of constant exploration and creative experimentation. The source of my creativity is a deep relationship with myself, mindfulness, and the courage to follow my own path.

For over 11 years I have been exploring myself through contact with nature and bodywork. I regularly travel to the Amazon in Peru, where I practice a shamanic path rooted in the tradition of the Shipibo-Conibo tribes.

The most important and most demanding teacher on my development path remains my relationship with my wife and our three children — it is within my family that I most fully learn presence, responsibility, and love in action.

I am also connected with the Conscious Man festival, where since its first edition I have co-created the "Young Blood Zone."

Falling as a Gateway to Growth

Michał about his session:

Every person goes through periods of crisis in life. At times we lose our jobs, our income, relationships fall apart, or we become ill. Sometimes we blame ourselves for failures or feel anger, perceiving them as the unfairness of the world. Yet many philosophical and spiritual traditions view this from a different perspective, seeking in such experiences an opportunity for growth and a deeper understanding of one’s true path.

During this workshop, we will look with mindfulness and kindness at our own downfalls and explore the question: what are they trying to tell us, and where are they leading us? You will see what your own attitude toward failure is—how it supports you and to what extent it holds you back from growth. You will learn methods that help uncover the deeper meaning of such experiences.

PowerLiving: The Masculine Subconscious

Paweł about his sessions:

Masculine energy," "a man in his power," "mature masculinity" — these are terms we hear more and more often. But what do they really mean? What is a man’s true role?

When a man was aggressive and harsh, he was labeled "toxic."
When he stopped being a brute, suddenly we have a "crisis of masculinity."
So if it’s not combat boots and a rifle versus tofu and sandals — then what?
Training.

Mature masculinity comes from experience. No guidebook or imitation of external role models can give you that. It comes from walking the male path yourself.

What does a man do? He creates. A better world for himself, his loved ones, and his community. He doesn’t fight what he finds, and certainly not himself. He uncovers who he is and reconnects with his heart. And when he finally drops the mask and the armor, and stands in truth before himself — he will know that this is what he has been searching for all along: his true nature.

This is not about finding better words. It’s about taking more effective action.
As Friedrich Nietzsche taught — when an artist creates a work, the work also creates the artist.

PowerLiving is a life triathlon: financial independence, deep relationships, and a strong body. Their sum — the Total — is living life on your own terms, aligned with your heart.

PowerLiving is the art of designing a training plan for your entire life. This plan becomes both a guide and a teacher — a structure that keeps a man from losing his way.

Subconscious Programming is one of the tools within this system. It allows you to remove obstacles instead of fighting them, while simultaneously expanding awareness.

This system is shaped equally by the steel barbell, Eastern teachings, and the medicine traditions of the indigenous peoples of the Americas.

I will teach you how to become both a compassionate friend to yourself and a demanding coach. How to structure your actions and never give up. How your subconscious works and how to program it yourself. How to turn every minute of your life into a spiritual process — and enjoy it as much as a shared training session with friends.

BIO:

Kacper Klimaczak

The Pedagogue of Happiness

Kacper about his sessions:

"How to stop missing each other in a relationship and finally understand one another? Peace and safety in relationships with women."

Many men genuinely try (they work, help out, take care of the home), yet still hear that "something is missing." This feeling of frustration and helplessness doesn’t come from a lack of love, but from expressing love in ways that don’t meet their partner’s real needs. I know this from experience — I used to believe it was enough to just do what others do, until I grew tired of the constant tension.

During this panel, I will present a simple, practical approach based on attentive listening, love languages, and understanding invisible emotional labor — especially during early parenthood. From an everyday male perspective. Using real-life examples, I’ll show how to recognize needs "between the lines" and respond in ways that build safety instead of triggering more conflict.

This panel focuses on a man’s presence in a relationship: conversations that don’t end in arguments, everyday actions that genuinely ease a woman’s load, and ways of being a partner with whom a woman feels calmer, seen, and supported.

This panel is for you if you want less tension and fewer misunderstandings in conversations, a greater sense of peace and cooperation in your relationship, a better understanding of your partner’s needs (without guessing), and the feeling that "I know what to do" instead of constantly trying blindly. And if you want to be a good conversational partner for women.

"Masculine anger that protects instead of harming."

Anger is not the problem — the problem is that most of us were never taught what to do with it.

In this workshop, I will show that anger doesn’t have to destroy relationships or lead to outbursts, withdrawal, or guilt. It is an energy that, when understood and guided well, becomes a source of strength, boundaries, and agency.

The workshop focuses on the male experience of anger: where it comes from, what it truly communicates, and why it so often leaks out sideways — through silence, distance, irony, or aggression. We will work with simple, real-life examples, learning to recognize moments when anger is trying to protect something, not destroy it.

I will show specific ways:

  • how to notice anger before it takes control,
  • how to use it to set boundaries without hurting others,
  • how to understand why you feel angry and what’s really behind it,
  • how to be both firm and calm — a man who stands his ground without being pushed around

This is a workshop about being a grounded man who is not afraid of his anger because he knows how to carry it and use it well.

BIO:

I am an educator with a passion for happiness. Research shows that the most important factor in life satisfaction is relationships. In my daily life, I explore relationships with myself, with God, with my wife, and with my child.

Why do I focus on relationships? Because I believe that when we better understand ourselves and others, we stop acting blindly and become more capable of bringing happiness to ourselves and others.

I share content online based on my everyday life, so if you’d like to better understand my perspective, I invite you to explore it.

The Mobility of the Sedentary Wolf: From Pain to Body Awareness

Tadeusz about his session:

Back pain, stiff shoulders, aching knees — for most of us, this is everyday life. We reach for heat patches, painkillers, and support braces. The problem is, that’s not treatment — it’s masking the symptoms. Modern healthcare rarely looks for the root cause either; it focuses on what hurts here and now. That’s why the pain keeps coming back.

In this workshop, you’ll discover why the knee is a "slave" to the hip and ankle. You’ll learn how sitting comfortably and "correctly" (without pain) can still damage your spine — which then starts to hurt when you begin to move.

You will perform a basic body scan to identify the most common hidden dysfunctions that can go unnoticed for weeks or months, only to later cause pain somewhere else — still without revealing their true source.

We’ll look for that metaphorical stone in your shoe, instead of putting more patches on blisters.

We’ll finish with a set of preventive exercises called "Mobility of the Sitting Wolf," designed specifically for the spines of men who work in sedentary positions.

You’ll leave with a deeper awareness of your body — what’s happening inside it and how its different parts influence one another. You’ll be able to notice early warning signs before something seriously breaks down. Because a conscious man is also a man who is aware of his body — and that’s the foundation of energy in every area of life.

BIO:

I am a medical trainer, a graduate of postgraduate studies "Medical Trainer – Physiotherapy in Sport" (the first edition in Poland, accredited by the Ministry of Education), as well as a complete course in Total Therapy. I have 8 years of experience in restoring people to full physical function and preventing injuries in athletes.

I specialize in identifying the root cause of pain and injury — often located in a completely different place than the symptoms.

Functional diagnostics, rather than symptom-based treatment, is the foundation of my work.

In my portfolio, I have at least two cases of spines that were recommended for surgery but ultimately avoided it and now function very well — along with dozens of similar stories involving elbows, shoulders, and knees.

I have 30 years of training experience, including 13 years as a professional personal trainer.

Since 2016, I’ve had a "ban" on lifting more than 5 kg — which I deliberately and persistently ignore. I am living proof that movement, not its absence, has the power to heal the body.

Jacek Masłowski

A Man, Truly…

Jacek about his session:

In the lives of many men, there comes a moment that’s hard to confuse with anything else. Suddenly, the story about who is to blame stops being enough. Arguments weaken, certainties lose their sharpness. What once seemed obvious — that it was because of the situation, because of her, because of them — begins to sound hollow. And a quiet but persistent question appears: what am I going to do about it?

This workshop touches precisely that boundary — the place where excuses end and a meeting with yourself begins.

It is a moment of pause, where you can check how much of your life is reaction and how much is choice. How much of your strength is real, and how much is just a performance. And where you truly stand as a man — not in theory, not in declarations, but in reality.

This is not about proving anything. It’s about seeing more clearly. And when you see more clearly, you begin to make different decisions.

Mature Masculinity: Strength, Presence, Compassion

Paweł about his session:

Mature Masculinity is a workshop for men who want to develop a mature kind of strength — not based on control or armor, but on presence, awareness, and authentic connection with themselves. It is an invitation to a different model of masculinity — one in which courage also includes the ability to feel, to speak about emotions, and to be seen.

During the workshop, we will work with mindfulness, self-compassion, and vulnerability as real resources of masculine strength. Through experience, practice, and connection within the group, participants will be able to explore how being on their own side and opening the heart strengthens stability, agency, and the depth of relationships — both with others and with themselves.

Discover Your Voice

Andrzej about his session:

This workshop is based on group exercises that help release the natural sound of your voice — just as it is.

For many, this is the first time they encounter the sound coming from their own throat in a free, uninhibited way — without imposed rules or norms shaped by upbringing. There’s no need to emphasize how important it is for every man, for every human being, to express themselves freely. The voice — the most wonderful instrument in the world — is often suppressed, covered with shame and insecurity, pushed into places we rarely look. During the workshop, it will have a chance to emerge and reclaim its rightful place.

The exercises build courage to express yourself in the presence of others and teach how to work with toxic shame. I also use natural supporting instruments such as flutes, kalimbas, didgeridoos, and others.

BIO:

I began my inner work 20 years ago as a result of a deep personal life crisis. It started with psychotherapy, followed by nine years of yoga, Hellinger constellations, and group therapy.

At some point, I came across Tantra. It changed so much in my life that I decided to help others in their own transformation.

I have a daughter, Justyna. Together with my wonderful wife, Lonia, I have been running the "Wytwórnia Ciszy" Workshop Center in Brzozówka for 18 years, which gives me an incredible opportunity to witness and support the growth of others. I love improvisation — playing drums, flutes, and other instruments spontaneously. Together with Lonia, we travel to places few people visit.

I studied Process Psychology and have been co-leading the Men’s Path for 13 years.

Andrzej Hrycaj

Ice-Cold Balls, Fire in the Heart

Andrzej about his session:

What is conscious exposure to cold, and what does working with cold have to do with masculine work? What lies beneath the surface of the purely health-related benefits of exposure to low temperatures? How can we go deeper into cold therapy practice and use it consciously?

Cold is a harsh but at the same time generous teacher, as Wim Hof says. What you learn from the cold depends on you — provided you know how to work with its lessons. An open curiosity is an approach that reveals a literally endless depth of possibilities for experiencing and benefiting from contact with icy water.

During this workshop you will learn:

  • how conscious cold practice differs from classic cold-water immersion (morsing),
  • what benefits you can gain from it — health, neurobiological, emotional, hormonal, psychosomatic, and training-related,
  • what happens in your body and what mechanisms are activated through exposure to cold,
  • how to prepare, plan, and treat cold exposure as a practice, and how to maintain proper safety principles,
  • how to use breathing techniques and mental attitude (mindset) in working with cold,
  • what impact cold practice can have on your life — daily life, inner world, and interactions with others,
  • how the path of cold can become your own journey of discovering your inner teacher, healer, and leader.

Cold is a pure form of stress. It is a signal to the brain to enter the "fight or flight" mode. However, if you voluntarily step into icy water, it is not to escape immediately — and you can only really fight yourself. What if, through the art of mastering your own state, you could become a warrior of calm, whose heart burns with a clear, powerful flame?

"Encounter with the Shadow"

What is this shadow, and how can I connect with it if, by definition, I cannot see it? Where does the shadow come from? How does it manifest? Why do I deny and repress certain aspects of my own personality?

What does my father and mother have to do with it, where I come from, what I experienced along the way, what patterns I absorbed, what strategies I developed — in a socio-cultural context — and how does this affect my life?

Is there such a thing as a masculine shadow that has its own specific characteristics? And why should we even look into places that feel unpleasant — and what can I gain from it?

During this meeting, you will set off to visit a dark, abandoned, cobweb-covered basement whose entrance you once boarded up — a place from which strange sounds sometimes reach you, but where you usually don’t want to go to find out what is happening.

Do you have the courage to face aspects of the world, and perhaps aspects of yourself, that feel difficult, unwanted, troublesome, or even threatening?

What if, after leaving the basement, you could know more — and that knowledge could significantly improve the quality of your life, your relationships, and your ability to integrate internal (and external) conflicts instead of being controlled by them?

If not now, then when?

The meeting will have a laboratory-like character, including a lecture part, workshop elements, and an invitation to express your own experiences and insights.

Traditional Blackfoot Sweat Lodge Ceremonies

Piotr about his sessions:

The sweat lodge ceremony is often referred to as a form of rebirth, as it frequently brings healing on the level of the body, mind, and emotions. Held in the embrace of the Earth and the powerful heat within it (symbolized by the lodge), the process allows for the burning away of what no longer serves us, cleansing of what is no longer essential, and making space for the new. In this way, a space is created where, in a short time, we can perceive things that in everyday life might take weeks, months, or even years.

These ceremonies relate to the cyclical nature of life. We move through a cycle from birth to death, and not just as knowledge but as lived experience, we begin to understand that this cycle goes beyond the ceremony itself. At that point, we are faced with a choice: what will this experience bring into our lives, and how long will it stay with us?

Know that we will be accompanied by:
The Elements: 💦 water 🔥 fire 🌪 air 🌏 earth,
The Directions: east, south, west, north,
The sounds of drums and the scent of pure tobacco — but above all, open hearts and a deep, transformative experience.

BIO:

I am Piotr — Lightbringer. By profession, I am a civil engineer. Currently, together with my wife Ania, I run a farm, which we have opened as a space for workshops and ceremonies. I am passionate about creating ethnic instruments — flutes, drums, and rattles.

I am raising eight children, I am an active instructor in the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association (ZHP), and a guardian to Alexey from Ukraine, who is like a son to me. I hope to bring all my sons to the Conscious Man Festival. My passions include music, sailing, and facilitating initiation and personal development processes. For many years, I have been consciously walking my own life cycle. This sensitivity was taught to me by my (late, 2020) teacher and friend, Dr. David Thomson, whose teachings, thanks to their great versatility, remain deeply relevant to me.

In 2019, I was entrusted by the ceremonial Chief of the Blackfoot people, Keith Chiefmoon (Onistaya Kopi), with a number of ceremonies so that I could serve others using authentic indigenous traditions on our land. Men’s circles are, for me, an opportunity to deepen my practice and support others in their processes.

I have been part of the Conscious Man Festival since its very beginnings. In previous editions, I had the honor of lighting the ceremonial festival fire in the western direction of transformation and holding space for powerful processes. I look forward with joy to the next chapter of this great journey.

Your Relationship as a Path of Growth: Practices for a Conscious Partner

Łukasz about his session:

How do you bring festival energy and insights into your everyday life? Your romantic relationship can become a powerful vehicle for integrating these experiences. I invite you to a lecture combined with practice, where I will show you how to take initiative and invite your partner into shared growth.

As men, we often look for ways to connect our need for personal development with being in a relationship. During this session, we will look at relationships as a spiritual path — a space where, in trust and safety, we can reflect ourselves in the eyes of a woman while integrating what matters most to us.

I will present my original structure called "Relationship Retrospection," which combines masculine clarity with empathy and emotional awareness. This method weaves together:

  • HeartMath Institute® techniques – a scientific approach to heart coherence that builds calm and reduces stress
  • Nonviolent Communication (NVC) – a language of needs that opens the heart
  • A cyclical structure – providing framework and a sense of safety

What will you gain from this session?

  • A ready-to-use tool: You will receive a complete practice script (PDF materials to download) that you can take home and start using immediately
  • A taste of the practice: On site, in a men’s group (working in pairs), you will experience a "teaser" of this method — you will feel how the quality of listening and being heard changes
  • An integration plan: You will learn how to become a leader of closeness in your relationship and create a ritual that supports you long after the festival
BIO:

For over 25 years, he has been in a relationship with the same partner, which gives him a unique, practical understanding of the challenges and dynamics of long-term relationships.

He is a certified Transformational Coach and a HeartMath® Certified Coach. In his work, he combines the world of logical structure (many years of experience as an IT leader) with the world of the heart, emotions, and awareness.

As a "guide on the journey," he does not provide ready-made answers, but asks precise questions that open space for discovering one’s own truth. In his work with couples and individuals, he uses, among others, the IFS model (Internal Family Systems), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and HeartMath heart-focused techniques.

His personal journey toward conscious relationships began with the desire to heal his own marriage. This experience taught him that the key to lasting closeness is the combination of sincere intention with concrete, regular practices. Today he shares these tools, helping others build relationships based on authenticity and mutual understanding.

Mana Hava'i

Intensive Practice Combining the Strength of Haka with the Combat Precision of Mau Rākau

Mana Hava'i

The haka opens the space through strong stomping of the feet, resonant chants, and a collective energy that affirms the strength and unity of the group. It embodies determination, courage, and presence. Gradually, mau rākau takes over: traditional wooden weapons are raised and crossed with masterful precision, revealing discipline, strategy, and self-control.

This fusion is deeply rooted in the four fundamental Māori values:

  • Manaakitanga: hospitality and respect for others — the art of honoring and caring for people
  • Kotahitanga: unity and solidarity — moving together as one body and one spirit
  • Kaitiakitanga: guardianship and responsibility toward the land, traditions, and future generations
  • Whanaungatanga: brotherhood and authentic connection — relationships that bind members of the community

Through this encounter of tribal expression and ancient martial art, the performance becomes far more than a demonstration: it is a living ritual in which power, discipline, brotherhood, and transmission come together in deep respect for Māori tradition.

"Aomana"

Aomana is an original concept inspired by Polynesian awareness of bodily movement and carried by the power of Polynesian rhythms.

Carried by tribal percussion and deep drum vibrations, the body is invited to release itself, step out of the mind, and enter instinct. This is not about performance, but about feeling. Each rhythm becomes a call to move, to ground, to let go, and to awaken life energy.

Inspired by elemental dances — Earth, Water, Fire, and Air — Aomana reconnects participants with primal, natural energy. Movements may be stable like earth, fluid like water, wild like fire, or free like wind.

The experience also includes animal dances, paying tribute to the strength, majesty, and instinct of nature’s beings. Symbolically embodying their qualities — strength, agility, presence, and alertness — allows participants to discover their inner archetypes and awaken a more wild, authentic dimension of themselves.

Aomana is both an inner and collective journey: a space for vibration, release of tension, and retuning. It is a contemporary ritual in which the body becomes medicine, guided by rhythm, intention, and a deep connection with the living world.

BIO:

Mana was born in Ra’iatea, the legendary Hawaiki Nui — the ancestral homeland of Polynesians.

He comes from a lineage of leadership and strength: on his mother’s side, his ancestors were women leaders whose wisdom shaped their people; on his father’s side, he descends from the high chief of Bora Bora and warriors of the Waikato tribe in Aotearoa, inheriting courage and a protective spirit.

According to tradition, he learned the culture, customs, and ancestral knowledge from his grandparents, who nurtured his connection with the land, stories, and rituals of his people. He carries their teachings with humility, sharing them with respect for the land, the ancestors, and all who enter the spaces he creates.

His presence is not about strength for its own sake, but about honoring the mana, wisdom, and energy that flows through him.

Unwritten Agreements: The Hidden Traps We Fall Into at Work and in Our Careers

Marek about his session:

There are agreements that we sign first and read later. The same applies to the patterns, habits, and structures we unconsciously adopt in our professional lives. The modern world offers countless carrots and sticks that push us to earn more, buy more, want more, get promoted, and develop ourselves further. There is nothing wrong with this — as long as we accept it consciously and recognize whether it truly reflects our needs and values.

In this workshop, we will look at the Unwritten Agreements in professional life. We will search for traps and patterns that often lead to burnout, as well as a weakened connection with our body and intuition.

BIO:

Marek Ostrowski is a psychotherapist and entrepreneur who has developed several international technology projects, including the first Polish app prescribed by doctors.

By education, he is a philosopher. The first time he encountered conscious breathing practices and dream programming, he was 7 years old. Since then, he has explored himself through Art of Living, Buddhism, and Ericksonian psychotherapy training.

Today, he is developing his own method for exploring and breaking internal patterns called Unwritten Agreements.

Playfight – Tame Your Wild Nature

Maciej about his session:

In Playfight, the winner is not the one who dominates others.
The winner is the one everyone wants to play with.

The modern world often "castrates" men from physical competition, confusing violence with aggression. Meanwhile, safe, body-to-body engagement is a primal form of learning how to manage healthy aggression, regulate emotions, and build self-confidence.

Do you know the syndrome of a cat that was taken away from its siblings too early?

Such an animal doesn’t know how hard it can bite and often uses its claws in harmless play when it’s not necessary. It has problems with socialization because it reacts impulsively where there is no need, misinterpreting healthy boundaries.

Many of us are exactly like these "separated from siblings" men. We often don’t know or even fear our own strength, so we either withdraw or explode at the worst possible moment.

Playfight is a primal fight-play that teaches:

  • mindful connection with oneself and another man in brotherly competition,
  • economy of effort and navigating actions under the influence of healthy masculine aggression,
  • setting healthy boundaries without contempt or hatred, and the ability to hear someone’s "no" in the middle of dynamic action,
  • emotional and nervous system regulation through physical engagement.

In this workshop, alongside other men, you will connect with your wildness in a safe and mindful way. Imagine a group of men covered in earth, with wild smiles on their faces.

That is what awaits us in the circle.

BIO:

Content creator, personal trainer, health educator.

On a daily basis, he works with people on reducing tension, improving physical capacity, and rebuilding connection with the body through movement, meditation, and somatic techniques.

He treats the body as a system of interconnected parts, integrating them so they can regain coordinated, natural cooperation.

He leads lectures and workshops on adapting primal self-regulation methods to the pace and limitations of modern life.

His educational platform "Moje Sprawne Ciało" and the ebook "Antyspinka: ruchowo-somatic hygiene" have helped hundreds of people "unstiffen" their bodies and regain organic psycho-physical efficiency.

In his philosophy, Maciej emphasizes acceptance, authenticity, and a grounded approach to development. He believes that lightness and physical ease do not come from fighting the body, but from learning to cooperate with it.

Outside of work, he seeks grounding in nature — often in motion, high on a slackline, in treetops, or deep underwater.
