Conscious Man - Winter Fire

We've long thought about meeting much more often than just once a year—to have more opportunities to benefit from the multi-layered goodness that our gatherings bring into our lives, as well as the spirit of Conscious Man, which we have experienced time and again at our festival.

Beginning of the year – a time to pause
We strongly feel that the beginning of the year is the ideal time for a retreat and a gathering like this. To head out for a few days before the new season—or right at its start—and pause in your life, away from everyday tasks, affairs, and duties. To go deeper within yourself, connect with yourself on a true level, and consciously recognize: what are my needs right now, where do I want to put my energy, what to get involved in, what do I need to look at, what no longer serves me, and what am I ready to say goodbye to. To build and live your life in accordance with your values and what you feel inside.

Program and Transformation
Once again, a specially designed program will help us with this. On the one hand, we will be able to gain new knowledge or consolidate what we already know and discover tools to help us in our daily lives. On the other hand, we will experience transformative processes for those parts of ourselves that are ready for it. All of this to be even closer to ourselves and bring as much integrity into our lives as possible.

Men's Community and Shared Time
Besides that—or perhaps most importantly—it will be a time to spend a few truly nourishing days in the company of other men who, like us, are looking for something more in life and desire to live consciously. It will be a time for meetings in men's circles, group work, honest and deep conversations, shared meals, games and activities, and various crazy ideas that cross our minds.

Fueling up for the beginning of the year
We see this gathering as a proper boost and renewal for each of us at the start of the new year. We will learn, talk, plan, exercise, strategize, recognize obstacles, transform, move, have fun, and spend good, nourishing time together.

Ranczo pod Bocianem
And all of this on the beautiful, 20-hectare grounds of "Ranczo pod Bocianem," 25 km from Warsaw, featuring full, delicious catering and comfortable accommodation in double rooms with private bathrooms. At our disposal will be workshop rooms, covered shelters for outdoor activities, a campfire area, and the entire diverse terrain of the venue, full of beautiful Polish nature.

In the Conscious Man – Winter Fire program, among others:

Morning activation / workout

Breathing practices

Cold water immersion (Ice bathing)

Michał Pyziak

Is this really my life?

Michał about his meeting:

To what extent do the goals you pursue stem from your values? Do your beliefs help you live authentically? What influences your life choices? To what degree are you on "autopilot," and to what degree do you consciously decide for yourself? What blocks you, and what strengthens you? How do you know where to head?

These, among others, are the issues we will address during the workshop. We will look at deep, often subconscious patterns and schemes, habitual behaviors, and attachments. You will have the opportunity to look deeper within yourself to listen to your inner voice with courage and mindfulness. To draw back the curtains and see what is truly yours, and what stems from external pressure and expectations. So that you can make conscious decisions about what is truly important, what flows from your heart, and what serves your life mission. So that you may live truly.

The workshop will be practical in nature; exercises and in-depth conversations will serve to better understand yourself and draw personal reflections.

Shame. The silent director of life.

Bartek about his meeting:

Shame can quietly influence our decisions, relationships, and the way we look at ourselves. It makes it hard to say "I don't know," admit to failure, ask for help, or show weakness. It can appear when we compare ourselves to other men, think about money, status, body image, sex, fatherhood, or our own achievements.

During the workshop, we will look at where shame comes from, what it tries to protect us from, and how it affects our connection with ourselves and with others. We will work based on NVC (Nonviolent Communication) and IFS (Internal Family Systems). NVC will help recognize the feelings and needs hidden under judgments and self-criticism, while IFS will allow us to look at shame as a part of our internal system that has its own history and specific function.

The workshop can help you better understand your own reactions, treat yourself more gently, speak more easily about what is difficult, and build relationships based on greater honesty, closeness, and authenticity.

Kamil Andrzej Mross

"The energy behind holding on – a dance of many faces."

Kamil about his meeting:

What is alive in you? What holds you back? And what else is possible?

I invite you on a two-hour journey across your internal Board.

Every day, we are moved by various emotions, needs, beliefs, and internal parts. Some we know well; others remain hidden. Sometimes we get stuck in a single perspective and forget about all the rest.

During the workshop, we will use dance and conscious movement to discover these different figures, getting to know their stories, needs, and energies. We will move between them, meet opposites, and invite the experience of qualities to which we usually have limited access.

The workshop is based on the proprietary Board (Plansza) method, combining inspirations from Internal Family Systems, Process Work, and Movement Medicine.

This is an open space to discover new perspectives, release spontaneous movement, and experience greater inner freedom.

You don't need to know how to dance. Curiosity about what is alive within you is all it takes.

BIO:

Kamil Andrzej Mross — psychologist, psychotherapist, and teacher of a therapeutic form of intuitive dance. He has been working individually with people since 2015 and leading his own personal growth workshops since 2014.

In his work, he combines Process Oriented Psychology, the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, conscious movement, dance, and meditation.

He holds qualifications from the Polish Society for Process Oriented Psychology to conduct individual psychotherapy and group work under supervision.

For over a decade, he has been exploring the nature of human experience, consciousness, and internal transformation processes. A special place in his life is held by meditation practice and mystical spiritual traditions, including Sufism and the Open Path.

He is the creator of the Open Space of Insight (Otwarta Przestrzeń Wglądu) and the proprietary Board (Plansza) method, designed for exploring different perspectives and regaining inner freedom.

Privately a husband, father, lover of fantasy, movement, and exploring human worlds.

Paweł "Viking" Pawlak

Take the soul out of pressure. Or how not to lose to stress and doubts where you care the most.

Paweł about his meeting:

Why does training go great, but during a competition, negotiations, or an important decision, you are suddenly overcome by stress and helplessness? When we truly begin to care, when risk and responsibility for others are on the line, the subconscious enters the game: old programs related to evaluation, failure, and loss. Pressure emerges, bringing with it procrastination, decision paralysis, and playing "just not to lose."

In this workshop, we will deconstruct this mechanism and turn pressure into fuel.

We work on three levels:

  • Understanding. What happens in your head when the stakes rise, and where sabotage comes from at the crucial moment.
  • Tools. Mental techniques used by professional athletes and… special forces operators to cope when playing for the highest stakes.
  • Depth. A process in hypnosis where you build your own myth: a connection with that which is deeper than motivation. A myth that carries you when everything else comes to an end.

You will leave with clarity on what blocks you when it matters, simple tools for acting under pressure, and the experience of a process you can return to on your own.

BIO:

Paweł "Viking" Pawlak is a mental coach, creator of Inner War Saga, and the author of the proprietary Subconscious Programming method, in which he combines hypnosis with mindset techniques and the concept of a personal myth. He works mainly with entrepreneurs, personal brand creators, and athletes—wherever performance under pressure matters.

He is the co-founder of the Conqueror Barbell powerlifting club. He lifts weights himself and knows what it is like when training goes great, but on the platform, your mind refuses to cooperate.

Before he started teaching others, he went through his own journey: from debt, addictions, procrastination, and constantly trying to prove something to the world, to building a life on his own terms. He draws from Norse mythology, shamanism, and a military approach to mindset, grounding each of these layers into one thing: concrete action in everyday life.

MEN'S MOVEMENT™ — Make Your Move to Change

Michał about his meeting:

Where do I want to go? How do I want to get there? What is my next step?

MĘSKIE PORUSZENIE™ (Men's Movement) is a bodywork and movement path for Men, based on the proprietary I_GO_SYSTEM method. The workshop serves as the culmination of a three-day journey: from recognizing where I am, through examining what holds me back, to making a conscious choice of direction.

Working with body, mind, emotions, and relationships, we will explore where our decisions stem from, how we use our strength and resources, and what helps us move forward. Movement allows us to rediscover ourselves, step beyond ingrained patterns, and notice possibilities we hadn't seen before. Mindfulness and presence in the body open up a space to seek answers that go beyond words alone.

Sometimes we need to move forward, and sometimes we need to stop, regain strength, assess the situation, or rearrange the plan. Each of these moments can be part of the journey if we stay connected to what matters to us and consciously choose our next step.

This is a practice of presence, decision-making, and taking responsibility for your own direction. It can help you better recognize where you want to head and to what extent the chosen path is truly yours, as well as perceive the resources and possibilities upon which you can ground your next step.
